America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Stuart FL

Miss. Patricia & Caitlyn made my first experience with contacts a breeze! It took me way too long to figure out the best method of putting in and taking out the contacts and i started to become frustrated with the process but luckily those two superstars managed to keep me calm and just to work patiently with me… recognize your amazing team they really do go above and beyond for all their customers giving a quick and easy appointments! Highly recommend this location all of the other staff were just as nice and helpful!:)

I had the most wonderful experience at this location. Rut and Patricia helped me pick out my perfect frames at a low cost, definitely recommend this location to everyone and I’ll also most definitely be coming back again.

What an awesome experience! Front staff was very helpful and accommodating. Made an appointment to get new glasses done. First I saw the tech Brittany and she was awesome, a big smile and explained what she doing, next I went to see Dr. Elena and she was awesome as well. She was very helpful! Next to get my glasses and this also was an awesome experience. No pressure everything explained. Will be going back and recommending family and friends!

I visited this store on October 23,2023 to get new glasses because my existing ones were 4 years old and the lenses had a few scratches. I was seen promptly and given a complete eye examination. I chose the Digi vue Elite Poly Transitions G for my new lenses. Rut, the technician that helped me select the frames was very patient and professional. I am 100% happy with my purchase. Also the new glasses arrived by the designated delivery date. I very much recommend this business.

Brittany is a great tech! Very kind, friendly, polite, and extremely professional. I felt so comfortable with her during my pre-test screening. She definitely knows what she’s doing from start to finish.

Overall not happy with this store. When I went a year ago it was fine but when I went for another exam in July it has been downhill since then. I had to wait 2.5 hours to be seen. Then they did not have my trial contacts in stock which is not a big deal, they said they would call me when it came in. I waited for nearly a month and I finally called them to see if maybe they had forgotten to call me. They said that the specific contacts were on backorder for 45 days. I had to find this out myself from them, they did not call to tell me about this. They were thankfully able to get a different brand for my trial contacts. I had to cancel my follow up due to a family emergency and when I called to make another follow up they did not have one for over a week due to the doctor being on vacation. They then told me I could go to any other location for a follow up. I called the Port St. Lucie location and they scheduled an appointment for me (I told them I needed a follow up for contacts). Once I got to the Port St. Lucie location (30 minites out of my way) they were going to try to accomodate me but in the end could not due to the contacts I had. They then made an appointment for me for the Stuart location for a follow up tomorrow. Turns out the Stuart location was not willing to take me for the follow up appointmet at the time that was scheduled due to that time being reserved for a routine exam even though THEY were the ones who messed up telling me I can follow up anywhere. I called to schedule a follow up and told them my next availability would be a Saturday at which point I was told I could not set up a follow up but walk in and wait (even though I was offered an appointment time for tomorrow, a saturday). Also, when getting my glasses the woman helping me asked if I would like to join the club that includes two annual exams as I would save money. I said no thank you, she said (while looking at me like I am stupid) are you sure you will save money.

At American best they was very nice courtesy and on point I enjoyed the time I spent there thank you

Very professional and they know what they're doing. Patricia made the visit efficient, friendly and knowledgable.

Patricia was amazing as well as the other associates. My husband and I were amazed at how friendly and polite everyone in this office was. I previously went to different place and the customer service was not the best.

This location in Stuart has excellent customer service. I had a pair of sunglasses in the lab getting new prescription lenses and the lab accidentally broke the sunglasses. Phyllis called me to let me know and said that I could come pick out a new frame within a certain price range and that it would be covered. Andrew was the one who helped me when I got to the store and he was extremely helpful just like phyllis. Peggy, Ann, and Rut are all awesome as well in the office. Great store and excellent customer service.

I went to America's Best for the first time in Stuart, FL and both the doctor conducting the examination and the gentleman (Manny) assisting me with the order for classes were knowledgeable and comprehensive. They were patient as it was a difficult prescription. Great Job!

Such a great staff and very professional starting with Patricia helping me with what I needed and the doctor took good care of me would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
