I have never been so impressed by staff! From Grace to Dr Alan to Rene up front, I was treated with so much respect and compassion. I made an appointment - same day- because of headaches I have been having. They did a thorough exam, advised of prices of each thing before doing, and made helpful suggestions for ways to help. Grace was so sweet and patient with me even though I needed to move slowly (dizzy) and Dr Alan kept the lights low and did a very comprehensive exam. Rene helped picked frames that were similar to what I already had and made the whole process so easy. I am so thankful for the staff. It isn't everyday you find people who are in the right job, but they all certainly are! I already referred 2 people and plan to bring my husband next month. The entire appointment was quick and easy. Oh, and the best part! I was out the door under $100-i do have insurance- but I didn't feel like staff "upcharged" or took advantage of me and that is a good feeling.

Dr. Jacob Allan, Grace and Bill were so very helpful and kind. Dr. Allen was the most through and knowledgeable optometrist that I’ve every met. I really wasn’t expecting to have the experience I had yesterday. I’ve had glasses and contacts my entire life and never had anyone thoroughly explain the difference in shape and sizes between contact brands and how that will compare to my eye shape.

You can tell that he is passionate about eye health and function. That is what makes him an amazing optometrist. I honestly would want to keep him as my optometrist from now on even if him moves locations or practices.

I got new glasses and contacts couple weeks ago. John picked out my frames, LOVE them. He was so kind, patient and nice. Jason was equally kind. Everyone was professional and kind. I highly recommend America's Best

As I knew getting my new glasses was like having the world opened up again! 4th Rx done with America's Best, 12+ yrs of service! They're not called America's Best for no reason they are the BEST! I'm not just hooked by Mr Owl the whole team is wonderful from the exam, frame selection to pickup. 20!

I went to America’s best on 10/26/23 to get an eye exam and new glasses. I want to say that Dr. Jacob Allan was fantastic. He explained everything in a manner that was very informative and helpful. He was polite and respectful. He is probably the first optometrist that was spot on with my glasses. I will definitely be sending my friends and family his way. Thank you Dr. Allan.

My wife went there. We got transition lenses the top line quality that they offered. They said it was guaranteed money back. But Something was wrong. We took the glasses and my wife follow their recommendations but she could not see out of the glasses. Now to be fair, we do not know if it is a mistake from the eye Dr or Americas best lens. But the lenses were useless. We returned and tried different things and procedures to make sure it was not user error.for a few weeks we went back and forth. Finally we told them that those were not working out we need the money back, so we can figure out what was wrong. The Asian lady that was dealing with us became furious and rude. Took the glasses back, issued a refund and told us never to return to the store. Terrible experience won’t recommend it to anyone.

I am not sure if employees here simply don't communicate with each other or what, but the amount of time it's taken for me to get trial lenses, as per the Dr's orders, from there then to get the doctor to provide the script - it's just unreal. 2plus months later, I had to wait over 4-6 weeks time to get the first trial lenses (and they still owe me one pair). In my case the Dr recommended 3 trials to try; they had to be ordered, 2 weeks later, one is there, the other isn't and I'm told it's on the way. I call again 2 weeks later, one is there other is not. I went in to get the 2nd and ask the associate, is the other pair pending and he says "it shows ordered yesterday (the day I called btw) so it'll be another 2 weeks" - that's when I realize, they didn't order them all at once, instead it's like piece mail. Meantime, I'm out 2 plus months now without a script or lenses to use outside of the trial ones. I can't order any without a script. I called on a Monday, to give them my final word on what will work so the doctor can get the script finalized, the associate took the measurements down and said the doctor is out today but tomorrow we'll have him write the script and you can then pick it up. 2 days later I call, no script and another associate asks me "what's your preferred script so I can have him write it" I mean if that's not enough to make anyone want to scream, I'm not sure what is; I have the patient of a Saint. The doctor was fine, he listened to my needs and came up with suggestions to try, but the process around ordering trial lenses before you can even get the finalized script is disorganized and chaotic; it's taking months to get things finalized and that's just unacceptable. I won't be going back after my membership is done I'm sorry to say. I am beyond exhausted mentally of dealing with this going on 3 months soon. Oh, and order your lenses online, way cheaper than any of these places.

Just went all the way to the office to pick up my contacts.the guy can not find them cause there not there.the 2 guys tried there best to help but no luck.they waited for the doctor thats when things got uncomfortable. The doctor never apologized didn't seem like he wanted to deal with it caught me off guard cause the other 2 people was very nice. I have been going there for many years now its not my fault if there file system is a mess. I do have another follow up in tomorrow we will see if they will fix it. The doctor made me very uncomfortable rushing me not being clear with communication not acknowledging I was told to pick up contacts and I live in daytona. I came for no reason about to get my money back and look for America's best corporate number to file a complaint

The eye exam I received today was the best eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Allan explained everything to me and helped me learn about the health of my eyes and understand what the next steps would entail. Kelley and John were so helpful in working with my coverage to get my lenses and frames covered to help me get the best deal! I am so grateful for the 3 of them, they are absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be coming back for future exams and recommend them 10/10.

The staff was extremely friendly and Jason was able to save the glasses I had just sat on and destroyed and he fixed them for free I will definitely be comping back to buy my next pair of glasses from them

10/10! Had a great experience when getting my new glasses. The manager Sami and her staff were so helpful and very patient with me while I was picking out my glasses. If you’re in need of a new pair this is the place to go!

My glasses were off the first time, but they were very nice, listened to my issue, and remade them. They work great now, and they were replaced super fast. Really nice staff.

America's Best is and amazing place to get your eyes checked, the employee's there are absolutely wonderful. When I went in to find me a new pair of glasses Kelly helped me and assisted me the entire time and we picked out the perfect pair! Thank you!
