Americas Best Value Inn Lake City

We stopped in on our way to Orlando, from Indiana. Everything was great, the lady that greeted us at the front desk was friendly and helpful in directing us to places to eat. Our room was clean, our towels were clean, our bedding was clean. The shower was amazing and we had plenty of hot water. The rooms appeared to have recently been renovated. It is located right off of I75. Highly recommend and we will stay again next time we are in the area.

This older motel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean with a updated bathroom. The pool and Bbq area were a added bonus. Very relaxing atmosphere. Brown bag breakfast had a little bit of everything. Overall, peaceful stay. Would go back without hesitation.

Front desk was extremely nice. Room was spotless. Everything was great until I woke up and found a roach in my shirt. Completely disgusting. Will never go back there again. I think we should get our money back. My husband and I feel disgusting now. So very disappointed.

I've been living here for a month and I can't complain.the rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful.the only thing I personally don't like is that there is no breakfast.it does not have to be much, maybe eggs with some ham that would be great.other than that I can only recommend the hotel and I will be staying here for another month.

For a budget hotel, I was pretty happy with this one. It is a bit older but kept clean. The beds were a bit too stiff for my taste, but then I like a really soft bed. The breakfast was basic, muffins, fruit, instant oatmeal, but they kept coffee hot and fresh and the service was friendly and helpful. For $75 I really can't complain.

Extremely extremely extremely clean! Booked this place twice both to and back from our destination. This is an affordable yet well maintained place to stay. The manager and staff are organized and friendly.

Sure. I’ll go 4 stars. Is this the most up to date place to stay? No. Is it CLEAN, and friendly? Yes. Family of 4 was a little tight in 2 double beds, but still comfortable. Very reasonable rate as well.

The Ladies at the Front desk make you feel at Home.
They are VERY CONSIDERATE of Those who travel late. Check Out is at Noon.
And To Go Breakfast is until 11pm.

Stayed here with a friend while traveling. Very dirty wet urine covered carpet. Did not feel safe here. Will not stay here again. Will sleep in my car before stopping here.

Hotel has no security to be in such a bad area. I stayed in room 127 for 3 weeks.
Pretending I did not stay there is a lie.

Was in town for medical procedure. Got handicap room. Overall clean and friendly sleep-cheap. Grab and go breakfast bar in lobby. Very small room, but had all imimties. Non smoking but smelled of cigarettes badly. Smallest shower ever, and Couldn't fold bench out of way to take a shower. Staff very nice and accommodating with extra needed items. In room coffee was not tasty but brewed several pots to cover smell of smoke.

Mattress was uncomfortable. Our room was near the road and very noisy. The service was great and the grab and go breakfast was decent. The lobby and staff remain mindful of COVID practices.

We had a great experience and very economical. They had 2 rooms left, it was late and we were very tired. It was super clean, sanitized and comfortable. The shower was new and great. When we checked out, they had fresh muffins and oatmeal and coffee. For the price it was perfect! Staff was so kind as well! For a quick overnight it worked for us:)

They keep the place very clean. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. Nice pool. Coffee, fruit, and grab and go donuts. Awesome staff.

Reservation check in was very kind and pleasant. Very quiet at the hotel. Room was not great. Long time since the carpet had a good clean, bugs in bathroom and while I’m not a fan of soft beds this one must be what it feels like to sleep on pavement. TV only had 3 working channels.

Good location. Not the most comfortable stay. For the price it is a value! Not anything special. The breakfast is a bag and some fruit if desired. Food is gas station items, donut or roll and a fruit bar.

Extremely clean, excellent customer service, nice breakfast, clean sheets, they even have cleansing lotion in the bathroom. This hotel is definitely not one or two stars. It definitely beats any 4-star hotel.

Wonderfully clean and maintained for any price. Cleaner and nicer than lots of more expensive hotels. Spoke to 2 employees who both gave most of the credit to their boss. A place where the employees love their boss! Free breakfast in the lobby was Otis spunkmeyers muffins, instant oatmeal packets, fruit and coffee - basic but tasty. We can't recommend this place highly enough.
