Just signed contract with these guys. Awesome experience. Roger heard what we were looking for and found a plan that fit our needs a very easily. Then Alex met me on my lot and explained how setting up the site. That was very helpful after that we detailed my plans and I am very picky but the process was streamline on top of that. This was the only builder that could do exactly what I was looking for after the plans were fully detailed and I mean detailed the office coordinator took over Connie and I’ll tell you something that girl is sharp we got through the selections very quick she knew exactly what she was doing, I am excited to build with this company and after looking at many other builders I am very happy with my choice!

America’s Home Place in Gainesville, FL makes the best custom homes in the state. Alex, the General Manager went over every item of the house with us. He’s explained everything in laymen’s terms. He made the contract signing a pleasant experience. Connie, the Office Coordinator is also super sweet. She’s very knowledgeable about all the colors and materials. I highly recommend them.

We dropped in after having visited and viewed a number of manufactured home dealers in the area. We're looking to build on property we have there and manufactured and modular homes we're being considered. After visiting America's Home Place and speaking with -Amy? - those homes are now plan B's.

The showroom is very nice and laid out in sections, to show what each area of your new home might look like. Amy's explanation of the build process was also an important aspect of visit. It was a visual and information home run.

You wont find a better home building experience than America's Home Place. They built our beautiful Florida beach house 5 years ago and it was a pleasant, stress free experience from beginning to.well, it never ends! They are still providing excellent service and advice 5 years after move in. I wish every company was like AHP!

We met with the sales person Roger two weeks ago. He explained their 3 step process to us. Let us make all the changes we wanted and today we got our custom floor plans back. We spent six months working with another builder and his architect and still don't have plans. We are moving forward with America's Home Place. They really seem to have their act together.

America's Home Place is a breath of fresh air. We walked into their showroom, picked our floor plan, made our changes and two weeks later our customized house plans were done. They handled everything; they provided a lender and got all the permits. We are starting construction now and could not be happier with the process and attention to detail.

We moved into our new home a few weeks. Americas Home Place made it all possible. They helped us with financing and made all the changes we wanted to the house plan we selected. Bill, our project manager did a great job building our house. He was easy to work with and was on top of all our changes. After we moved in we had a couple of minor issues and he took care of them right away. I couldn't be happier with his attention to detail.

Everyone told us that building was a very stressful process. And while it was emotional, I think Americas Home Place made the process as seamless and smooth as possible. We had lots of issues during the building part, but our builder Todd was always one step ahead. Alex the Manager stayed in touch with us through the building. He explained all the house items to us very thoroughly and delivered on everything he said. Overall they did an amazing job and finished the house ahead of schedule. I will recommend them anytime

I highly recommend this company to build your dream home! Caleb is a very good project manager and very responsive and handles all situations in a timely manner and gets the job done! We love our home! The office crew is also very amazing Conney is very understanding and quick to help you pick out your floor plan and gives great ideas! Alex is also amazing at explaining the contract and other legal documents that need to be done. I can’t say enough about this company helping me during a very stressful time that they make a lot easier!
