This place is usually very professional and the people are nice. It’s just very sad that one of the most important days of my life was not ruined I would say but not what I had pictured and planned months for. I don’t usually write reviews and I wasn’t going to till I had calm down because I want to get across how disappointed I am without sounding like a “Karen”. So, the big day I am talking about is my engagement. I had picked out every detail as every bride does to have everything perfect. We took 6 tablecloths to them to get pressed only two weeks before the event. As well as 80 chair covers and 80 sashes. We stressed the importance of getting everything back the Friday before the Saturday event. They told us no problem and even gave us a discount. When we came to pick it up we gave them the ticket and they gave us a bunch of cleaner bags. My fault was not checking them but we have been going to them for years so I didn’t think I had to. I trusted their professionalism. Remind me to never do that again. Some background info. The chair covers and table cloths were all white so I thought they were there. So when we got to the location the morning of the party while we were decorating (I’m a diy bride) (like to do everything on my own), all the chair covers and sashes were there but all the table cloths were missing. When we called them they said oh you should’ve looked if everything was there and if you come we have some tablecloths from a restaurant they’re probably there with them. We couldn’t come the day of the event. We asked them to please look for them and gave them all the relevant information like the order number we got from tablecloth factory the size everything. They said they would look for it and I went to pick it up an hour before the event to give them time to look for it. When I got there they didn’t even start looking for it. And they wanted us to come in and look for them like what? ! You want me- mind you I’m in my full makeup and dress to come in and look for table cloths. At that point I just told them look you can keep the table cloths I just want my money back for the inconvenience. They told me oh we can’t do that because we already gave you a discount on pressing them. I just left and we had to use bedsheets. It looked okay but not what I pictured in my head at all. I’m really disappointed and I will not be going back there after going there for years.
