In door 5 room less than 30 min to get unloaded, the people there were nice and fast and knew Jesus

Manny and Boris work together to get my truck loaded.

I didn’t have my reefer temperature even correct I miscommunicated with my broker. Boris came out to try to speed up cooling off my Box suggested putting it at 20-28° I didn’t know that thank you Boris appreciate these guys they got me loaded very quickly very quickly even though I had to wait to be notified to get into a door but not too long lol thanks you guys

They need a lot of time to unload 53 feet trailer…. After checkin in the office…. They don’t assign the door and suggest wait for door in the parking…. They don’t care appointment time which is given by this place but they hold to driver in the parking area for long time……. Not an appropriate location to deliver the load as compared to other Americold locations…… due to negligence of this location… we can not pickup reload from another place…

One of the good ameroicold places we been so far. Took us early, but not only that from 8 am until not even 10 am almost 10 trucks were unloaded. Other places don't even do that in a whole day. Please keep up like that. It's feels good to be treated as a human. Many places at americold, very low class people working, but not here. Maybe that's why

I can definitely say I appreciate this shipper/receiver. I was here to pick up a load that would get me home in time. I did arrive the day before for pick up at 2pm which they close at 3pm. I was disappointed because I was turned away to come back in the morning at 8am when they opened again: I will say although I was disappointed the day before the next morning the receptionist checking the drivers in did above and beyond my expectations. She did tell me my appointment wasn’t until 10: 30am but would check with the dock works to see if they would be willing to load me early. That she did and I was given a door right away. In by 8am PU the dock door with paperwork in hand by 8: 40. They do have a restroom inside thank God and plenty of space to maneuver. Thanks you guys i really appreciate you and how on top of things you are. Very organized and professional. Off to make in time for home time.

Organized, enjoyed that they broke the seal and opened the doors for receiving, had a bathroom in the office, very doable docking area. No overnight parking but there’s parking available in rest areas, truck stops etc within 20mins

Checked in at 11am left at 6pm …. Definitely didn’t have my load ready and kept lying to me that I was next to get a door…
