Overnite parking for OTR, took me in early (0730 had 0830 appt) and unloaded me in about an hour maybe less. Friendly people. Recieving building separate from maini building 405 e 10th ct is correct address for receiving. Food truck there also, cash only. Thanks everyone, excellent service.

The worst warranty service. Never pickup calls. Only front desk is picking up phone. Buying their walk-in freezer only for 15month it’s compressor is done. Try to contact them for 2 days leave lot of massage. Don’t buy their product! They got no warranty service at all!

Responded to my question about our ~20 year old walk-in freezer very quickly and provided any documentation they could find. Long-term customer service for sure! (Oh and a long-lasting cooler obviously.)
