Cool place just keep track of your time. Also people apparently don't respect space. I had two lanes and nowhere to sit because the people next to us claimed the whole area. Staff has to do better with policing the area is all.

Amazing lady at desk she was awsome made our date night so worth it and enjoyable and the place is nice and take care of compared to the other amf I've been to

What a great place to go spend some time with friend and family! If you're a veteran ask for the discount. I think you get a free game!

The inside doesn't smell like cigarettes (at least not when we went) like most other bowling alleys I've been.

Cleanliness is great in the play areas, but I wish they kept their bathrooms in better shape. But that's our (the patrons) fault isn't it? They can only keep up with some many disgusting people at a time. They try regardless. 5 stars still.

Food isn't great, but expectations are not high. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I like the new flooring - that's good. If the girl who tosses the fries doesn't quit you can order a pizza, bowl a 199 then have your wife slap you in the face with it so you can tell the EMT about it while they scrape pepperoni residue out of your eyeballs.

Over priced. I bowl at many places, but this is the most expensive I have been to. Nice lanes and the balls are ok, but don't waste your time with the price paid.

Bought 2nd hand bowling shoes for both my grandchildren so they can save their money$ $ only need ball and bag now. Both were happy age 7 and 9.

Joined a Bowling League here this month. Lanes are clean, employees are very nice and helpful. Bought a new Ball from the Pro shop there. Ball was fitted and drilled in 2 days. I am very pleased with the fit. Enjoying the automatic scoring. Bathrooms are being remodeled so a little noisy on a few lanes at times. Drink prices are average.

Over priced EVERYTHING. The lane and house balls were in bad shape. I’m guessing what they think is a “cosmic” bowl was literally turning the lights off except for the pins. I used to spend a couple hundred a month their bowling leagues and mostly drinking. I’m sure that would be more around $500 now. Almost $7 per game, $4.50 per beer (bottle or 16oz pint, tell me how that makes sense) nearly $5 for French Fry’s. Nearly $5 for pop corn? IT’S POP CORN! Tf is wrong with these ppl? Never coming back.

Tonight was very upsetting- we went for the two hour bowling special. I ordered food before we even started playing and was told we would have our food delivered to our lane, my parents get there and ordered their food with a server in the lanes.after waiting over an hour for our food and drinks I went to the counter to ask why my parents got their food and we hadn’t when we had four kids that were now crying because they were hungry. I was told they were still making our food and would be out soon, waited another 30 minutes and the lane server came to me apologizing and went to see what was going on with our food (she was very helpful and my review does not reflect this young lady at all)
No food came back but she was able to atleast get our drinks for us.
I went to the counter again and got my kids food and told my nachos would be out soon. After another 20 minutes I was brought my nachos that were cold and had frozen sour cream ….
So basically I waiting over 11/2 hours just to get cold nachos … thanks for that.
Then we got a ball stuck on our lane and after waiting for 30 minutes for someone to get it I went to get it myself so the two hours we paid for wouldn’t be wasted. All for the general manager to pull me aside and talk down to me and say this will not happen again. I tried explaining I know I’m not supposed to get the ball off of the lane but we had waited and my four year old that was bowling and crying from being hungry would like to continue her turn. All to be interrupted and told “this will not happen again do you understand me “ and walked away form me.

You need new managers who actually know how to give customer service properly.
And no they were not busy we got there at 6: 15 and didn’t get our food till after 8: 00 so I’d rather not have the excuse said to me of this business being busy. When I’m paying over $100 to bowl and eat it’s ridiculous to act so rude especially when a customer is explaining their food is late and kids were crying because no one would come get the ball off the lane.

Air conditioning not working on half of the house.miserable doesn't even describe how uncomfortable it was.has been this way for months.absolutely ridiculous.

Its a great place and is very fun and cheap per game. The food is overpriced but it is delicious. I recommend, it's very fun!

Had such a great experience here. Went with 4-7 yr old children. Shoes were clean, they put up bumpers, gave us a rack for the kids. It was a great fun.

Tony, is an arrogant and dishonest manager. We went to this bowling alley to redeem our Groupon purchase for 2 hours of bowling for $20 including the SHOE RENTAL (actual weekend price is $37.61). To make up for $37.61 dollars sale he charged us the full amount and discounted $20 and charged my card for $17.61. When we requested an explanation he said it is company policy that we don't take Groupons on weekend we said Friday isn't a weekend to which he said and I quote “WELL WE CONSIDER IT” I said then why the terms says that coupon is not redeemable ONLY ON SAT NOT FRIDAY! Instead he was mocking us with his passive aggressive gestures and sentences. Second lie he said that Groupon gets expired at 12: 00 pm instead of 12: 00 am so our valid coupon was suddenly expired according to him. Anyways we requested the refund and went to the AMF bowling alley on 200 Ocala and got our Groupon redeemed without any hassle and without paying any additional dollar. I guess corporate couldn't train this person the basic ethics of NOT LYING. Will never be going there EVER AGAIN.

Waiting ten minutes to just get someone to help us at the front desk. It was also very pricey compared to what I'm used to paying! Lanes were okay. Pro Shop was great

Had an issue with some things, manager called to check it out and was awesome about it! So many choices for bowling balls as well. Little pricey but to be expected for quality.

Had a great time. They have friendly staff that are willing to help when you need it! Wouldnt recommend going on Thursday it was very crowded I believe due to bowling league practice.

Nice, but absolutely no social distancing put in place you would be sharing a table with another group. Very uncomfortable

I had my sons 6th birthday party here and he had an amazing time. I was so happy with the staff and how attentive they were to my party. The kids had a super time bowling and playing in the arcade area. I will be going back with my family. Thanks for the great service.

I had a great time there with my family and the snack prices are reasonable especially on Fridays and wensday and the staff is polite I highly recommend this place
