AMF Kissimmee Lanes reviews
21I feel as though this bowling alley is one of the most expensive I've been to; around 175 for 8 people for 2 games. The bathrooms were quite gross with pee on the floor and urinal cakes in the the sink. The atmosphere was very nice (minus the children's party right next to us) but the lanes had a few problems, some of the knocked pins were counted incorrectly and the pin rack kept failing to give us the full 10, a medium inconvenience as it was able to be fixed with a re-rack. All in all, I don't believe I will be coming back but it is definitely not the worst.
My family of 8 came here for New Year’s Eve and had a fantastic time. The whole staff was very friendly and attentive. We’ll be making this a NYE tradition!
They charge by the bowler for each game. We payed $176 for 8 people playing two games. Overpriced and unkempt. Not to mention urinal pads in the sinks, and the constantly breaking down of the pin machines during each game. Would recommend people find another place to bowl.
This place sucks! Asked for 1 game on lane for 3 people before 10: 30pm and counter said all lanes were busy but I could see empty lanes. I waited 2 minutes and asked anther agent that said they had plenty lanes available. They don’t care about your business or have racial issues. Sad!
Everything was in place as advertised. The only thing that wasn't was their pricing. It's the Saturday night pricing all through the week for the holidays, no matter the holiday, which this change is not posted anywhere in plain view inside or online. Shoe pricing is also separate so keep that in mind. We didn't eat here but the menu looked pretty standard fare for a bowling alley. Overall the family had fun bowling and winning tickets in the arcade.
What an amazing service staff they have, especially our server Montana! She went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable! We had so much fun! And everything was served quickly.
Went here after our plans got changed at orange bowl and had the best time for our daughters birthday. The staff was so helpful
I loved it! The games were cheap and it was first come first serve, so no need to make a dumb reservation. I do plan on going back and getting better at the game lmfao.
Went for my friend's bday & enjoyed it, it's not expensive & it's totally worth it! Not my first time coming here with my friends to have fun.
Great time had. Only con was the lack of drink choices, not many sugar free/diet choices for our restrictive diet fam members and food was okay at best but may have been because it was a bit busy and looked like one person in the kitchen. Other than that, I'd recommend as a go to for fun times.
Best customer service I've ever got at a bowling alley, super friendly staff. Not to mention a great facility that felt very clean! Thanks!
Outstandingly wonderful Great server's great games good food im from NYC and I'm critical however this place came with their A Game
Waited 2 hours to bowl and when I asked the manager about the wait she felt it was appropriate to have attitude we actually played the arcade games which wasn’t great games either so that was a waste of $100 on the arcade to pass the time to actually bowl wouldn’t suggest even going it really needs a upgrade and the customer service is really bad
It's a popular spot. It was way crowded but we got a lane quickly. The younger of the staff seemed a bit annoyed when we arrived and the people already bowling (in the lane next to us) reluctantly moved from ours and back to their table when we arrived but that's no fault of staff, just some rude patrons.
Get the new shoes. My husband and MIL got an older pair. He slipped and fell (not over the line into the slick alley) and my MIL almost fell. I had new shoes and they were great.
On a positive note, get the garlic parm fries. They were delicious.
The worst experience in Kissimmee. After being on the waiting list for 2 hours. We paid $100 at the arcade to kill time. What puzzled me was people coming in after my family getting a lane before us. Once I acknowledge my concerns to the manger. She stated she didn’t know what happened but never corrected the issue. Therefore I packed up my family to leave to not waste anymore time did we already have.
I've never been to a super expensive bowling alley until I went there. $150 for three games and four people. I'm an avid bowler and have bowled so many places and had to pay to play. Four people and three games at the other locations were less than $75 total.
However, the alley was clean, everything worked the way its supposed to, there was a server to bring you your food and drink items.
Lanes are nice but I did not know that there was a holiday surcharge. Nowhere on the site does it mention this. More than 7 dollars a game.
Classic, clean lanes with a fun crowd and excellent league options. The food is a great mix of fried comfort and cold beer- highly recommend- worth the drive down 192.
The staff is very helpful but I had a few issues with the lane that I was bowling on. But all and all i enjoyed my time there.
We had a ball. The place was clean and the staff was nice. They even gave us arcade cards with money on them to play while we waited for a lane to open. We will indeed go back to have family night.
