AMI Gas Station, Panama City FL

Shouldn't have to tell the clerk that playing music with cussing on it is wrong. His response was even worse. He asked my husband if he was mentally and physically ok? Not a good reply.

Great gas prices usually one of the cheapest in town. I just wish they had a rewards program!

Went in the morning. From the outside, they have Ice and propane with decent gas prices and several pumps. Unless you are coming west on 98 or north in 77, it's a project to get in and out. When you enter there are several drink coolers and aisles in the right with snacks, sundries and some automotive items. On the left is a coffee bar, soda and slushy fountain with grab and go food. In the rear there are hot food options with some items cooked to order. In the center are several vendor concessions selling junk like lighters and Keychain. I was put off by the fact that the half and half dispenser was empty at the coffee bar. When I asked the lady if they had any, she pointed to the dispenser which I informed her had nothing coming out to which she responded "I guess it's out". No other response.

There is always something wrong with the pumps, either they won't pump or decide not to accept any cards, have never had a smooth visit

The Jamaican staff was cussing at kids called them out they name like no one could understand they language y'all be careful send y'all kid's up there in the neighborhood so sad I also something to them and will be calling corporate in the morning

Got gas, but one pump would not accept any debit or credit cards. Went to a different pump and all worked ok.

Their deli is not like it used to be. Ordering is confusing because there's not an actual line for the deli counter. I think you tell the cashier and then that person makes your food which isn't sanitary for them to do. It also it slows down business because that person is now doing two jobs. The people behind the deli counter all act as if they don't care and they all look to another worker to help you out when you ask a specific person for help. I literally had to deal with three people once, just to get one thing. The last time I was at AMI, I ordered chicken tenders that a deli worker couldn't tell me how long they'd been under the light. He poked them with tongs and said they were still soft so maybe 15-20 minutes. Buying them at that point was all my fault. Once I got back to work to eat, they were yellow under the skin so I had to throw them away. That was my second time buying from the deli. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I was disappointed in the from the experience from the time I walked inside.

The gas pumps slow as molasses, the hands-free lock on the pumps don't work, the gas automatically shuts off at $50 when you pay by credit card, and you have to hold the handle just right or it keeps shutting off. I have gone here a few times because I keep forgetting about these issues and it happens to me every single time. Avoid!

Out of toilet paper had to wash butt in sink
2 cashiers said it wasn't thier problem
One of them wouldn't get off phone even!

Stopped in to get a drink and looked at the per food looked delicious all the food is but pricey $$

I will avoid this place at all costs…I was pumping gas in my car and one of the workers accused me of stealing someone’s prepaid gas. I paid with a card and had to put my pin ect at first I thought he was a trying to ask me for change.but then he starts calling me a thief…other names that are degrading to woman.telling me that I stole someone’s 25$ when the pump I was at ended on 18$ and some change when I refused to show him my card and my receipt he threw a piece of trash at me told me not to come back at his property I laughed at that comment…I don’t know his name but he’s the nasty guy with a bandage on his finger also would not recommend getting food there when he’s serving cause I’ve seen him multiple times different times handing food with no gloves and probably has an open sore of some sort

Food prices are ridiculous, no wonder people were walking out after seeing them for the amount of food and quality. I'll pass and get my breakfast elsewhere.

Horrible place if you are paying with cash for gas. Employees have sence of importance. 7 people standing in line to pay 2 cashiers were working. Only one was behind the register. The other was waiting for people to move so she could finish vacuuming the entrance rug. And do not go in around lunch time they are even slower and unorganized.

I normally have a good experience in gas stations.except this morning.stopped to get some coffee. Young kid working the counter. I said hi. He said nothing.then he was reading something on his watch instead of checking me out.finally done. I said ty. He again said zero.if you have no customer service.working in retail is not for you.
