Tree fell on our home amica did recommend a company that kept delaying work to the point we fired them. Ended up hiring people on our own.

Excellent insurance company insured over 20 years no complaints. Premium may not be the lowest however you get what you pay for and Amica is worth every dime.

My dad had insurance with Amica for 52 years. He passed away this year and I inherited his home. The homeowners insurance renewal notice was mailed to his house so by the time I received it, I had less than 3 weeks to secure insurance on the home. I asked for an extension to provide more time and was denied. So this is how Amica treats its most loyal customers!

After being a loyal customer, for several years, and when I needed them most, just because my credit score dropped, they raised my premiums substantially and I was forced to find another carrier. Don't waste your time with these guys because when you need them most, they'll abandon you.

Terrible customer service. Their rates have gone up substantially and the manager is very abrasive. A big F you to Amica. I will never use them again.

Insured for over 20 years and my entire family is with Amica.
Premiums may be higher but definitely you`re getting top notch customer service / claim service. You get what you pay for and can`t compare Amica quality with other carriers.

Every 6 month they raise my policy payment. Without no reason its stealing they are punishing for being loyal cistomer

Sometimes a little higher than normal premium but always great customer service and excellent claims service should the need present itself. A good insurer.
