Dropped my car off for window maintenance and other repair and they did an amazing job with that but when I picked it up my check engine light was on (it wasn’t prior to dropping off) and my car engine revs when in park. My car literally stalled out on me with my two kids in the car. I never had that issue prior to dropping it off and it now drives worse. Highly disappointed

Ongoing problem with a known Prius Gen 2 electrical defect with the HYBRID D headlight ballasts.

One fix is to convert to LED headlights. I used after-market parts and had one “new” bad bulb and then a decider on one side was preventing the driver side headlight from working— I appreciated the time they took discussing the problem and listening to my input.

These guys repaired my water pump, and when they were done, my bill was $100 less because they were able to reuse some parts. Most places would’ve replaced those parts anyhow and charge more. Great work!

I had a great experience at AMO today and will absolutely be using them for all of my car's needs moving forward. Josh at the front desk was friendly and answered all of my questions during our initial call and when I brought my car in. I decided to wait at AMO during the appointment and was super impressed with the waiting area. It is very spacious, comfortable, and clean. I was able to connect to their guest wifi and get some work done (they even have a desk for customers to use, but I used a hightop table instead). The cost of the service was reasonable/fair and Josh explained what the technician found during his inspection of my vehicle without pushing me into getting any additional work done - he explained that there were two minor issues that could wait to be handled. Overall a great experience and I'm happy to have found a new spot to take my car that is close to home.
