Excellent service, they treat you like they’ve known your forever from when you walk in the door. Very knowledgeable and was able to repair a quadcoretex power supply that had gone bad and we needed it for a gig later that evening. Quick on the spot service relieved alot of our anxiety!

Last Friday I was playing an event and during soundcheck, my Quadcortex powered down when my power adapter got moved onstage. The next morning, I was in West Palm Beach for an event, scrambling to find a replacement, which turns out you can basically only get through Neural DSP because of the obscure voltage/connection combination. Local Guitar Center directed me to "Amp Shop, " and the second I walked in, everyone was extremely welcoming and compassionate to my seemingly helpless situation. Within moments, they were able to identify the issue with the power adapter and fixed it on the spot, allowing me and the group I was with to soldier on to soundcheck. I can't praise these people high enough, pros to the Nth degree.

Great service, knowledgeable, and got me set up exactly how I wanted and needed (tuned up an old Gibson that had been sitting for a while and made a wall hanger mandolin playable again).

The setup on my Nashville Telecaster was beyond outstanding! Best guitar and amp store bar none. Outstanding technicians and all around great vibes. I recommend their services and the experience to all who follow the musical discipline and path!

I brought in my twenty plus year old Fender Acoustasonic amp for service for the very first time. It was popping and crackling. They had to clean out the controls and did a fine job. The costwas about $75 and well worth it. The grill cloth had also been torn. They showed me how I could order the grill cloth and do it myself if I wanted to or they could do it. I did it myself and with their encouragement I was able to do myself and it looks new. Bottomline, I trusted their integrity and work quality. They could have quoted me any price and made up a problem but they did not. First time and not last time customer. These are good knowledgeable people.

I brought in a Mesa Boogie Simulclass 2: 90 for repair. This is an amp that gives tube amp technicians nightmares, I've been told. I really have to give super big kudos for taking on such a challenge. They are taking the time to do it right, and make sure my amp will work properly, I am extremely grateful for their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thanks gang.:)

I took my Guitar to amp shop to fix my intonation. It was absolutely unbelievable when it was finished. Best place in west palm to take your guitar!

Bari and company are awesome! I had some issues with my MIM Fender Strat, some of which I wasn't even aware of. She went above and beyond. I got my guitar back and I am absolutely thrilled. Nice place to learn about equipment or get equipment fixed. Original owners. They have a wealth of information. They won't rip you off like other places will. They tell it how it is.

They still require masks, and limit the amount of people in the store at a time, as of October '21. But it's the best place to go. To learn, buy, or get anything fixed.

Sold me an amp for $130 that they didn’t even check at half volume (cuts out) and called that “fully serviced” and couldn’t do anything for me when I complained bc I live out of state.
