Amscot - The Money Superstore, Bradenton FL

I visit this Amscot to obtain a money order once a month and I am normally very satisfied most of the people that work here are kind and listen.today I had the worst experience ever. William was the representatives name. I was appalled at the way I was treated he did not listen to my requests and then handed me $1 back but not the entire change and I told him that was not the right change he then proceeded to show me a calculator and I told him it doesn't come to $1 for the change it is more than that then he stated that he said that wasn't my entire change he was not a good customer service representative. I have never felt so unappreciated or belittled or mistreated at this establishment ever until today

I highly recommend if you come to this establishment do not let William wait on you he is rude and treats customers as if they don't know what they're doing but he's so smart.

I don't think I will return to this location

I go in once a month to pick up the money order I need they are fast and never have to wait

Per an employee, they were "Low on cash. " A money superstore that doesn't even carry ten 10 dollars bills is laughable and doesn't even deserve the star required to write this review.

This location has gotten worse since they’ve hired those younger staff members. It’s 2 young ladies and a young boy who’s always rude, snarky, and acts like you’re annoying them because they actually have a job to do. Seems like amscot just hiring anybody now.

As I approach the front counter, I’m instantly drawn by how unprofessional Celis demeanor is. No greeting whatsoever. I simply asked a question as to why I needed to fill out certain information out on a form to which she rudely said “ well you can have your ID back and your check” and proceeded to walk away without any explanation. Very unprofessional. I hope the managers of this branch retain this individual and teach her customer curtesy.

On Feb 08/23 whoever working there in the morning (Female) is the nastiest and rudest person I ever encounter at Amsccot period. She had a Warden attitude.
