This black girl bob shoulder length hair gave me so much run around for a simple $300 check if there is problem just give it back. Stop wasting people’s time if there is an issue. Super horrible service. She continued to help other people and would not focus on me. Worst customer service.

Mostly I go there on Saturday for western union. They ask you to go on the western union window. They ignore you. They need to change that.

Very very poor service.they wanted my social security number just for a Westerunion money transfer of 428 dollars

Needed to have 3 papers notarized so I called ahead. I was told the charge is $10 per paper. I don't ever remember paying $30 to notarize 3 passwords before. This sentence seemed crooked to me.

So upset. I drove far from home because I needed to notarize some documents, I called to make sure they do this service, and when I got there the guy told me that since my documents were for a car insurance they needed to verify the Car BIN number, and they can not go outside. Waste of time, I wonder why they offer a service they can not do. Not even a try or an alternative to solve my problem. Just “NO” we can no do that, go solve your problem anywhere else.

They have poor service they try to service 5 people at a time. I been verification process is horrible. They ask for too much information

I use them regularly. The initial visit can be long and a lot of questions, but from then on once your in the system it's easy, efficient and very simple.

Worst customer service ever! Got a payday loan and received a call from a JESSI who said she couldn't disclose her last name, very unprofessional the way she spoke to me, as if i owed HER and not Amscot. I'm reporting you to corporate sweetie! This doesn't end here!

It was my first time going to Amscot and I hope it’s my last at that location. Especially the females they gave so much attitude, they were so disrespectful and they literally ignores you. If I could give them a zero star, I would.

The worst place to cash a check. I was here for 2 hours to cash a check from an insurance company. No one has any education or common sense at this location and I wonder if all location are like this

Listen up unrealistic reviewers here! If you want great service, walk into your local bank. If you need a check cashed ASAP, even in the middle of the night, go to Amscot. You will wait while they verify you and your check but you will get your money. Be polite and patient and you will get out faster because if you think giving lip is gonna speed things up, be real. Appreciate the fact that this place exists and people are actually willing to work there and help you.

This store has the worst customer service in the state of florida! The way they talk down on BLACKS make donald trump smile.

If I can give this amscot a zero I would their teller Cassandre the one who speaks creole is extremely rude distasteful and down right nasty if this branch cared about customer service you all would do great by either firing her or giving her a warning every time I come here she is absolutely atrocious.
