The Billing Department is no good. They don't file with your insurance then you go ahead and pay the bill and they lie about filing with the insurance.
Ask for an itemized statement and they tell you they will email it to you and don't do that either.waiting 5 1/2 hours for a call back is not good. Made 6 attempts to get this resolved.since August. This is December 30/21

Same horrible experience as other review. The billing department never calls back, ever time you call they have an indefinite hold. When you leave a voicemail, they don't call you back. They don't bill your insurance and keep sending you a bill, even when you check with your insurance company to confirm. Still waiting for some sort of resolution, I call once a week.
