As long as you know ahead of time that the station is unmanned, everything should be okay.
It's a beautiful old building.

A nice, clean, air conditioned building is a comfortable waiting room for the train. A ramp leads in with a handicapped-friendly button to open the door.
Inside it's kept at 74f, has 2 vending machines (supporting google/apple pay), water fountains, and 2 clean bathrooms.
There is no wifi available.note: wifi was also broken on the train itself, and the miami station i arrived at also had broken wi-fi. So be prepared to use cell svc or grab a bus/taxi at your final stop.
