I first reached out to them when I was looking for a vacation home for my family, Nate explained in great detail what I should look for and what to expect on returns. Nate and Kristi were both very responsive and quick to do video walk throughs of houses for me as I was buying from out of state.
Kristi negotiated a great deal for me, was able to schedule every single inspection I needed and negotiate repairs, this made my life a lot easier.
From there, they were able to get the contractors out to make the improvements that I was unable to complete.
My property is now being professionally managed by Anchor Down Property Management and I couldn't be happier.

Additional Notes, the team at Anchor Down has been truly remarkable and exceeded expectations; they have any/all contractors you may need if or when a problem arises and gets it taken care quickly. All of the guests who have stayed in our home have absolutely loved it and commented on how well Anchor Down treats them and their responsiveness. The guests have also mentioned that the property is absolutely spotless when it comes to cleanliness, so I believe they have the best cleaners around!

Anchor down makes the process so simple for buyers and investors. Came with a plan and Kristi and Nate acted on it quickly and professionally, making our dreams into reality. First helped us purchase a home, then made the transition so easy turning the old house into a vacation rental.
