Had my a/c unit installed a little over 2 years ago, they never finished the job insulating told us they would come back and never did, it’s been causing mold over time and everyone’s getting sick. I’ve called multiple times to have them finish the job and they keep saying they’ll have a manager contact us and I’ve been waiting 4 days now and no call. Worst service I’ve ever used and do not recommend this company.

Reading through other recent reviews, it seems that it's common practice that this company tries to scam elderly people out of thousands of dollars. My parents had their HVAC unit stop working when we were out of state and they called this company on their own to see if someone could just come out and handle it without bothering us. A tech came out, told my dad he was giving him a veteran discount as well as a senior discount, then told him the unit was original to the home and that everything needed to be replaced all the way down to the slab and quoted them $14,400. Luckily he called me and I told him to absolutely NOT allow them to do that and to wait for us to get back home and handle it. Their unit is NOT original to the home, in fact it was replaced by the previous owners in 2017 and is still UNDER WARRANTY! We called a trusted and honest repairman and he came out, fixed it within hours and charged them $245. I'm not sure if it's greed or ignorance, but I wouldn't trust this company one bit when they tried to charge my parents almost $15,000 to fully replace a 5 year old unit that was still under warranty when all it needed was a few parts and a couple hours of labor to be working perfectly again.

Excellent service. Jeff came out to help me with a power issue on my unit and was an superb professional.

And Services came out to help me after hours on a Friday night. They were quick to answer my call, dispatched Jeff immediately, and kept constant communication open with me. I got a call from And Services updating me on Jeff's arrival time, and Jeff called me to discuss the issue over the phone while he was en route.

Highly recommend this organization for you HVAC issues. I will use them again in the future, for sure.

Seriously disgusted by the techs this company has. My grandparents who must’ve seemed to be an easy target were told they needed a new heater core for their unit the tech quoted $1400.00 luckily she called for a second opinion we quickly figured out 1. The new core would be $239.00 from Amazon and literally took about 10 minutes to unhook and place the new one. 2. We realized before even replacing the whole heater core it was as simple as the contacter which is legitimately less than $20.00
The fact that this company preys on the elderly is so utterly disturbing to me. Below is the $15.00 piece that was bad. No worries it’s changed! Also maybe teach your techs if they are gonna fake a diagnosis to look on the correct side of the unit ️

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They will call back make promises of people showing up. But after they get your money they never show up for service. I had a new unit installed. 3 days later it wasn't keeping up. Took a week of calling every other day and rescheduled because no one would show up to the appointment. Now they can't seem to get the final inspection done. It has been over two months. I only scheduled work when I will be home all day waiting for no one to show up.

Paid 8,000 for a new unit and install. Was told the parts would be on warranty for 10 years, which was the only reason I agreed to a new install instead of a replacement compressor. Was told my membership ended after a year. Bunch of scam artists. Called initially at 1145 am and was told 2-3 hours. Did not hear from them, called 5 hours later to be told a tech would call with eta. Took another hour to call me, this was at 540 pm. Then at 6pm was told no one could come till 9-10 pm. Called at 9 to check on eta was told we'd get a call in 15 mins, it is now 6 am the following day with no call and no show. Stuck waiting in a house that is 96 degrees for almost 24 hours on a "24 hour " company. More like we'll come when we want. I understand things fall behind but lack of communication is so unreal with this company. Had I known id be waiting this long I could have gotten a hotel room so my family did not have to suffer in this heat. I am a strong believer in treat others the way you'd want your family to be treated, especially in a business setting. This company lacks any kind of compassion or communication skills and only care about their money. I will be looking into a different service and follow up with the review. AND yall need to get your ducks in a row, especially charging as much as you do for faulty units that constantly need repair. Never again will I use this service!

Here I am editing again as I sit here with a broken unit. Again. August 2022. Answering center says the managers that can send technicians out have left for the day. Business advertises as being open 24 hours. That’s obviously a lie. Or only applies to customers that don’t have warranties.

Purchased a $15,000 unit in November 2021. It's now May 2022 and the unit is broken AGAIN.

We've had to have multiple service calls (I think this is the 4th time?) to fix this unit since installing. I was told last month that it was all finally fixed and that I wouldn't have to call until my next annual maintenance check.

I've lost thousands of dollars from taking time off work to wait around for technicians to fix my brand new system.

If I could give negative stars I would. At this point, I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and DBPR due to poor business practices and faulty equipment sales.

Chris showed up quickly, on a holiday no less and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My entire situation was resolved quickly and with a level of professionalism that was refreshing. Would highly recommend and will call again.

I’d give this business zero stars if the review mechanism allowed it.

Our air conditioner went out in high summer in mid-July and we have a contract with them. They installed the system. And when we called, they told us “tomorrow…maybe. ” They advertise 24/7 emergency service. That is not so. We’re still waiting as I type this. It’s 90 degrees in the house right now, and I’m an asthmatic. I’m sick and getting sicker. They don’t care.

We tried to get a repairman out last night and we’re told no one was available. My husband took the day off from work the next day and waited all day. They told us 1pm, no one showed up. They told us 3pm, no one showed up. They told us 5pm, no one showed up. They told us 6pm, and no one showed up. They told us between ten and midnight, then called and hung up on us, we called them and they hung up on us after keeping us on hold ten minutes, then when we called back said it would be tomorrow. We wait, and we sweat, and I wheeze and can’t breathe in 90 degree unrelieved heat. I’m sixty years old. When we spent twelve thousand dollars on the install three years ago they were here fast enough. I wish we’d used anyone else other than them. Their service contract isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

They charged me $500 only to tell me 24hrs after that they dont service YORK I called 3 times in that span & they still didn't advise me that they dont service YORK To make it better they gonna take 3-5days to refund me my $$$ now I can't even get a hotel room since they tied my $$$ I have a newborn baby & we live in Florida so if you need rapid service DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE Sadly the Tech didn't know they don't Service YORK AC's

The company installed a new A/C system, and they did a great job, we have been very happy. They also previously installed new ductwork and insulation. I had the need to use their "handyman" Mark, who was amazing. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, commitment to do the best job he could, explaining the rationale for why, and going above and beyond the call of duty. As a representative of the company he does an excellent job. I have been very happy with all dealings with this company, from the representative/technician who initially came out, and with all the office personnel who I spoke with along the way. Thank you very much. Would definitely recommend AND services.

The initial installation was fine, although they had to come back and fix something.the maintenance was a mess. The air conditioner needed to be raised bc I'm in flood area and they didn't show after they set time. Service was miserable.

My air conditioner went out and I called And Services. They were out to my house within an hour and found the issue. Unfortunately, it was an older system and needed to be replaced. They came out the very next morning and put in a new A. C. From the the first call to the last time the installers left was the best experience I've ever had with any company that has come to my house. Thank you And Services. I will definitely use and refer you to anyone I talk to.

My air conditioner went out overnight and it got up to 82 degrees in my home. So I called around And Services came out immediately and did not charge me just to come out like everyone else was doing. The technician was very nice and friendly. He repaired my home unit in 5 minutes and I only had half the amount due because I was waiting for my check and said he was not going to leave me with no AC. He took my card info and waited a couple days to take the amount due off my card and that gave me time to cash my check and pay the rest. This company made me feel like I was Family and trusted me to pay. I highly recommend everyone to call this company to repair all your needs. I can't thank them enough. I definitely will not go anywhere else for my home needs. Thank you And Services! Your new customer for life!

They did my solar system and there are a bunch of lier they sale me a solar system that do no preform what they say it will i contact the company and all the manager just lie again and they say the do no care abut it

Tried to charge me over $700.00 dollars to replace a outside shutoff valve. I asked if just the insert could be replaced told me oh no that can’t be done the whole valve has to be replaced. Went to ACE hardware and found the insert only cost me $5.00. It worked just fine would not ever recommend this company to anyone straight rip offs
