Anderson's Ace Hardware Inc, Deltona FL

This Ace was not the "Helpful Place" like they advertise and they had no problems taking hundreds of dollars from me over the past decade. However, when I attempted to return a couple of UNUSED tarps, still in packaging, never opened, and they say ACE on them, they refused. The thing is they still sell them so it's not like they're going to lose money. I wasn't even asking for cash back but an instore credit to get something else. I try to support the smaller shops as much as possible but I can tell you that Lowes certainly did not (or ever) have any issues accepting my returns. This location certainly will not see another dime from my wallet. I guess it does pay to shop at the big box stores.

After going to several different places to find a particular item, I decided to call Anderson’s Ace Hardware to see if they had what I wanted. The gentleman on the phone was uninformed and EXTREMELY rude.

Used to be my go to store for screws and nut and bolts, but the Management's poor treatment of their employees will send me elsewhere from now on! Very disappointed in the way things are handled here, and I have detailedkdetailed of it from multiple sources/-:

Great store with even better customer service. Prices may be a bit higher than your big box stores, but the service more than makes up for it.

There is always plenty of store personnel who are happy to help. So much better then the big box stores. To bad they don't sell lumber.

I have been to Ace Hardware stores all over central Florida, and this is by far the best one. The people are unfailingly polite and helpful. I always leave satisfied, with the products and the advice I needed.

Best staff! I am continually impressed with the customer service at the store. I was there a couple days ago, and didn't realize kept the store open to explain to my 14 year old the logistics of building a greenhouse. This is just one of many positive experiences. Not only as a staff very knowledgeable but they will help you get everything you need to do your project. Love love love this place.

Besides just helping customers find a product in the store, Anderson's Ace employees will also make sure the customer is getting the best product at the lowest price!

As a DIYer, contractor and home inspector, I find Anderson's Ace Hardware to be a fantastic store with lots of everything you need for all your projects. I have been a loyal customer of Anderson's Ace Hardware for 25 Years and recommend then to anyone. They have all the hard to find Hardware items you can not find at a larger store. They have air filters, plumbing fittings, electrical, paint, drywall, common and specialty nuts and bolts, lumber, lawn and garden, tools, cleaning supplies, common household items, automotive, propane, pool chemicals, cut keys, make window screes, and lots more. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend Anderson's Ace hardware daily to my clients for home and pool repair items.

The staff is great. Very personal service. Will always listen and make excellent suggestions if it can help your problem. I always go there first before going to the big box stores.
