Andretti Thrill Park, Melbourne FL

We went the day after Thanksgiving as a group of 12 personnel. I purchase $320 worth of wristbands within 5 kids and 4 adults. All the rides for the kids were closed or the kids couldn't ride. The roller coaster was down. The train was not being operated until we contacted the manager. I feel like like I wasted money since my kids couldn't ride anything.we rode the adult go karts together which was the only thing operating but the lines was very long. The Jr go karts was fun but one go kart was completely down. The customer service from the manager was horrible. The ride attendant on the jr ride was amazing and I am glad we met him. Me and my family got stuck on a ride. Unfortunately we will never visit this company ever again. The employees were great like the personnel in the laser tag and ropes course and jr rides but the manager customer service was horrible. The tone of voice with us was very unacceptable and made us feel unwanted. To experience getting stuck on a ride was horrible the ride attendants were trying to help us remain calm but the manager was puzzled.

Mini golf was fun though needs updated. The inside games were way too expensive for what they are. Games that give tickets shouldn't be over $1.50 per play.

The workers must hate their job because they have no customer service whatsoever! Will not return! Most of the rides were down and still had to pay full price. Never again!

Mario andretti should be ashamed to put his name on this place. There were multiple attractions that were not working and the ones that were, looked unsafe. There were one of six bumper boats working and the one that was working would cut out midride. The mini golf course is an absolute disarray. The carpet is in terrible condition, the landscaping is awful, the water features are non-existent, and there were leaves and debris all over the course. All of the indoor attractions were also broken for the day.

There are many places like this to choose from, I avoid

Staff was not the nicest when they were there, you had to summon them to get on the rides and they took awhile to get there; meanwhile your time is running out on your wristband. The saftey harness on the climbing thing was rusty i felt as if i was going to get tetnis just touching it. The only fun thing the fast gocarts. Was down for "electrical work" the entire day. Not worth my 40 dollars for 2 hours

Just celebrated my daughter’s 12th birthday. From the party sales manager - Daniela, party coordinator - Ashley and the Manager (who was extremely helpful and admirable), despite short staff and some mishap he handled our concerns very efficient and professional. Highly recommended for parties and events!

Had an all day pass, fun the whole time there! Food area needs to be larger, had trouble sitting down to eat and some Food on menu was not available. Games: takes to much to okay with hardly any payout points. Few games took money and couldn't even play. But I will go back for the rides!

This place was great! Loved the setup, great customer service, and worth it for the kids to run around for a couple hours with unlimited rides. For us, it was the go carts and water bumper boats that were the hit. There were two awesome adult go cart tracks with plenty of turns and even elevation for downhill speed in turns. Carts were pretty fast too. Plenty of time on the go carts and bumper boats. You will get wet on bumper boats, the kids absolutely love it! There was a a kid coaster and a gravity drop as well. Great place to take the fam, will return!

Video game selection isn't that great. Majority of the games have literally the same mechanics and controls with the only difference being the license for the game. Disappointing.

Nothing has changed at all in the last 20 years. Half of the go-karts are sputtering around the tracks while others are flying past. Fun for a first time experience but not a repeat.

Ask what is broken down or closed before you go. Was a bit let down. The super fast cars are extra money to drive (if they are running).

I came on September 2 and on the race track around 5 pm the employee was very rude to me and my husband. We come here alot but now this would be my last time. I am also gonna tell my friends and family.

Went last night to play putt putt and the place was empty. We were the only ones playing golf and no one in arcade at all around 7pm. Maybe just due to school night but seems sad regardless.

Great family fun. Be aware if it rains for 5 minutes they will shut down the outside activities for the entire day. To save money go after 6pm weekdays.

Fun place and a great value. They have 5 tracks and the karts are well taken care of. I can't wait for their fast track to open again.

This place would be great if they would do some maintenance on all the rides. Half the bating cages where down and when asked a worker they said there was nothing they could due cause that person was off today. It's the weekend the busiest time. Come on guys. The outside of the building could use some repair and some picnic benches that aren't break to sit on. Lots of people here but lots of broken things.

BEWARE! NO REFUND POLICY AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! On 8-29-2021, we paid $74 for two tickets, and the batting cages were broken. Walked back to the office asked for a refund and was refused. We stayed a total of 5 minutes and they would not budge on the no refunds policy!

Staff are so rude. They don’t care about customers, they look and act like they hate their job. The only happy persons were at the cafeteria.

Not as good as advertised. My son was tall enough to get a rookie bracelet but still was NOT allowed to get one cause supposedly not tall enough but other kids his height had the rookie bracelet on. Too expensive

Would have given 2 stars but they have sanitizer stations and are pretty covid safe. The prices are very high for what you get!
