Andrews Cooling & Heating was great! I called them for a second opinion and they were able to come out same day for my initial service call. Shortly after the service call, they called back and informed me they had the part needed & were able to fix my unit same day! They were nice, informative and caring. They charged a fair price, but more importantly, they were honest with me. I highly recommend Andrews Cooling & Heating and will be using them in the future when we need to replace our AC/HVAC unit. Definitely call them for your AC, Heating & HVAC needs!

A big thanks to Igor, owner of Andrews Heating and Cooling. Woke up in a hothouse yesterday morning and by 4: 00pm, my house was cooling down nicely. In other words, vert fast response for this area in the middle of July. Igor quickly and methodically troubleshot my outside unit and explained every step of the process. Had it repaired quickly and the cost of repair was very reasonable. Definitely recommend Andrews for AC/Heating repairs.

My family has used Andrew's Cooling and Heating since I believe the 70's. We have always had extremely excellent service. I wish they still did appliances though. Now I am not safe or sure who to use when appliances have a problem. As long as Andrew's is still in business for my air conditioner and heating this company will always be my company to use. I don't usually write reviews but felt it necessary after Igor, owner of Andrews, did a fantastic job installing an "industrial -look" exposed A/C duct with vents in my remodeled townhouse on the beach.
The goal was to turn my shabby/cottage look into a "cool & hip Miami Vibe" and Andrew's ingenious application really exceeded my expectations! Very Happy!

One of the rental units I help manage recently started jumping circuit when starting, so I reached out to Andrews Cooling for the first time. Igor the technician from Andrews Cooling not only provided me very honest pricing and accurate diagnosis, but also pointed out unnecessary repairs suggested by another dubious company. Igor came the next morning, fixed the problem like an absolute pro and provided me recommendations. Because of Igor's no BS integrity as a master of his craft, I have decided to consolidate all the rental properties that I manage under Andrews Cooling from this point onward. It may be a smaller company with fewer reviews than other big, more established players in town, but I honestly believe you should give them a chance to prove their worth. You might find yourself pleasantly surprised like I did. Spasibo, Igor and Andrews Cooling.

I had a very large HVAC/plumbing/electric company prominent in the panhandle to install a wifi therm I had bought. After 30 min the tech said it couldn't be done without rewiring the house (!) because the 50 year old wiring to the old mercury analog therm didn't have the power for a wifi therm. I called a specific HVAC company then. Their techs said they could run new wiring from the therm to the AC unit through the attic but had to cut a hole in the sheetrock to access the existing wiring. Estimate was $650! Then Igor, the owner Andrews, came out & immediately made a brilliant suggestion to simply install the new therm close to the AC unit with 1 small drill hole, but wanted to try putting it in the original location. He climbed into the attic, found an existing wire & spliced it. I had bought 2 Honeywells at Lowe's, 1 had been opened & another that had not. Igor quickly installed the opened therm at my request but after 2 hours, with a customer service rep on the phone, & a Cox tech who happened to be there, we all determined the therm was defective because it would not sync with any of 4 phones. So we tried the unopened therm. Igor installed it & synched it in 15 minutes! His tenacity was remarkable & he was determined to get one of the WiFi therms to work, even though he normally wouldn't install something the customer supplied. He was so nice & patient and then only charged half what it should have cost for his time & less than 1/3 of the other HVAC company's estimate. Highly recommend Andrews! 5 STARS!

This is the second HVAC unit I've purchased from and had Andrews install. The first one was nearly 18 years ago so it was an easy decision to become a returning customer. His install team was professional, neat and timely. Pricing was very competitive. Thanks Jerry!
