6I love this place. I generally go there for small jobs related to some of my watches that I don't have the eyesight or manual dexterity to do for myself. Even though this is simple work that doesn't pay the shop very much, they always treat me as if I were buying a new Rolex. I truly enjoy doing business with them and highly recommend them. When the day comes that I do buy a new Rolex, I'll get it from them!

They offer jewelry cleaning that took no time at all and repairs on jewelry, even if you didn't get it from them, they also sell jewelry. It's a quiet, nice shop.
I just had my mom's wedding ring fixed by them. It was smashed in an accident and they were able to clean and reshape the rings with a new stone. Beautiful work and reasonable cost.
First time coming here, the owner was super friendly. Decided to let them size a ring for me, it was time sensitive and Andrew promised it would be ready on Wednesday and they’d call to let me know that I could pick it up. It is now Friday late morning, never received a call! I called, they told me the ring was ready and I could pick it up.when I asked the person in the phone “I was promised the ring Wednesday, why wasn’t I called? ” The employee on the phone said “it’s been done and ready, we just didn’t call you, you can come get it” What kind of response is that? VERY RUDE, TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’m NEVER using this jeweler again!
