I want to start of by saying that my family and I been coming to Dr. Rico for more than 10 years and I’m very happy with the service I receive from start to end. I want to thank Janet, Cabello, Lachy, Lili, Janet front desk and the rest of the staff, but I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Rico for attending and caring for my family. I recommend him with my eyes close.

Excellent doctor very knowledgeable but unfortunately the staff is very incompetent and that makes everything difficult.

I must say that to be treated at this clinic you must be willing to wait at least two hours or more. I have been treating my children here for 5 years and the only reason I always return is because the doctor is good, but the staff's attention is not Well, they don't answer the calls, it's really annoying every time I have to come to this clinic because I know it's a wasted day here, a long wait time, you don't know what to do to entertain the children, and it's not a clinic.only from children but also from adults which doesn't seem right to me. It is a shame that in a clinic where the doctor is so good, the waiting time is so long and the care is so terrible.

Place has changed a lot, if you call asking introductions about medication prescribed to your child… well they said you got do what the doctor is telling… really the doze prescribed to my child would have killed her this is insane ppl not giving right doze the new doctor was surprised about 30 days prescription when it must be only a few days and a doze for an adult… yeah do what your doctor said but when it makes sense not an insane prescription. This place should be shout down.

Excellent service, you have to wait a little bit but it is normal, pleased, everything is very professional and very nice decoration

Angel Rico is an amazing doctor and whenever I can get ahold of him for my checkups he is truly top notch. However, his staff is so incompetent that it makes it impossible to get anything done. They never answer your calls, or they will answer and hang up. Good people, but dysfunctional and unprofessional.

I know Dr. Rico over fourteen years ago, he first was my kids pediatrician, and then my primary care physician as well. Dr. Rico is the best Dr I have ever had. He is very good on his diagnosis, compassionate, cares very much about his patients. A tremendous human been. We love him!

The best doctor in Miami. He is a primary care physician, pediatrician and beautician. The office is very cosy, very well decorated and equipped for children to entertain themselves and play while they wait. I have not seen another query like this.

I have been with Dr. Rico since I was about 10 years old - I am now 21. I can whole heartedly say that he is the best doctor out there. At one point I became extremely sick and was even hospitalized twice with no result in what was wrong with me. My parents decided to take me to a check up and after reviewing all of my test Rico found exactly what was wrong with me and sent me home with a solution to the problem had been experiencing for over 3 months. I tried other doctors as an adult but no one has the knowledge, experience and patient care that Dr. Rico has. He makes sure you understand what he’s telling you and makes sure to answer all of your questions. The waits in the office can take some time, truthfully - but it is 100% worth the wait.
