I take my three kids to this location and have been a part of the Angel Kids Pediatric family since 07. Absolutely love everyone here! Professional and caring people. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and i haven’t been seen yet.i’ve been to other places and it doesn’t take them this long! Vary upset!

Always friendly and my daughter has always loved the doctors and nurses. Great place for your kid!

The Worst and laziest doctor office! They don’t answer phone calls and don’t send refill orders to the pharmacy unless you keep calling them several days! More over, waiting time in the office exceeding 2 hours!

I love this office. 3 kids all different ages groups and Angel Kids does amazing with all of them! Separate waiting room for 6 months and under to minimize risks for the youngest nuggets

Dr. Webster keeps us coming back to this office! From my son's very first pediatrician appointment, she has been a calming force. Walking my husband and myself through any concerns we may have had and being so gentle with us being first time parents to an infant. My son giggles and smiles the entire time she is in the room. The nurses have been fantastic as well, especially Jake. The only issue I've had is getting ahold of the office for prescription refills, but that is partially my fault for not checking ahead of time.

I love the Beach and Hodges location. They are open on weekends and have late hours. I am usually in and out.

We never had a bad experience at Angel Kids. The wait is typically short, they have excellent hours and we were always able to get in for sick visits. Dr. Webster is amazing!

We love Dr. Webster. She’s awesome and my girls love every time we see her. She’s very kind, personable, and yet professional. We wouldn’t go to any other pediatrics.

The Angel Kids Pediatrics staff are friendly and my kids like to go there. We always get an appointment for the same day sick visit.

Absolutely awful office! Please save yourself a headache and hassle and go somewhere else. We have had nothing but problems and my kids have only been going there for 3 months. They have billed appointments wrong and tried charging me a co pay when there shouldn't be one. I was told by their staff they would review it, fix it, and resubmit it which was never done. I've called 3 times about this bill and the last time I was told its because they changed the well visit to a sick visit because they found things that needed a referral which is absolutely the point of a well visit. She also said no one wrote notes about the times I called with any issues with the bill. I was also told by their staff that my insurance told them there should not be a co pay for well checks even though they keep billing me for it. They keep saying it's my insurances fault but still expect me to pay it and not make my insurance fix the issue. We had an appointment for adhd medication. It was in his records that he was already diagnosed well over a year ago and already on medication. We moved from another state and was only coming to this clinic because of that. The doctor didnt read anything in his chart apparently because she thought he was there for an adhd evaluation
and tried telling me he didnt have it. I had to then tell her he already has the diagnosis and is on medication and it's all in his chart. I told her he was having some side effects from the medicine he was on and her response was to up the dosage but it would make the side effects worse. I told her that was not acceptable and I didnt want to do that. Then kept asking me what we should do. Is that a serious question? ! Why are you a doctor if I have to tell you what to do. My son has a chest deformity and a referral was sent. It's been 3 months and 2 specialits later and they still keep sending the referral to the wrong kind of doctor. I've had to call about this twice and nothing has been done or fixed. I'm so over it and I shouldn't have to tell a doctor or clinic how to do their job. Please please please don't take your kids here. Now I have to go through the hassle of finding another doctor and hoping they are better than this sad establishment.

My children love Dr webster. She is loving and sweet. And the other staff and doctors are great as well.

Dr. Affan and Dr. Byra are two of the best doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and I’m so happy my children are in their trusted hands. Angel kids is unlike other practices because you can expect to have your child seen on short notice (which is usually how these things go with a kid you can’t schedule a sudden high fever or accident) even if it is late evening or a weekend. Nothing but good things to say in the past 3 1/2 years. I tear up thinking about the good care and experiences I’ve had with these doctors. Thank you so much Angel Kids!

I will move my 4 kids from this pediatric I call for sick kids he gave me appointment 4 days later IMAGINE

Poor service. Do yourself a favor and the hassle and never take your sick child to this place. It takes a hours for them to call in a prescription for your sick child. Yet they rush you in and out the patients room. Without listening to the parents concern.

Dr. Webster was fantastic! Jake, the medical assistant was great also. The office staff was very nice. Office was also clean. Five stars.

This was our first visit. They scheduled us for medications needed over the phone. Unfortunately, when we got there all of a sudden it was for physicals instead. My kids now have no medication (needed to succeed in school) which again was the point of the appointment and we waited over and hour in 80 degree temperatures that was preset in the lobby only to have to leave because it was 3: 30pm and I had a 4: 15 apt. My kids apt was at 2: 30 why on earth would it take that long? Unless you overbooked. I mean we were taken back at like 2: 15. Just a horrible experience overall.

My daughter had an 8: 15 appt. It's now 8: 54. And my wife and kid are still waiting in a room and haven't been seen yet. They literally close in 5 minutes. Frustrating.

They were very polite and when I messed up and brought my son a day early for his appt they worked him in. I really enjoy this office.

Love that my children have doctors that really care about them and take proactive steps to help me understand different health care options. As a parent it can be difficult to hear that you need to change some of your everyday activities to help your child be the most healthy version of themselves. I’m thankful that the doctors at Angel Kids are willing to be honest with me because that’s what’s best for my babies.
