7I love, love, love the doctor. She is smart, has a heart for her patients and has took care of me for years. However, since she moved to this mainstream office about 3 years ago roughly, her staff is unorganized with billing and scheduling. It is too bad because Dr. Merzenich is amazing. Because I have a debt from 2016, they will not allow me to schedule an appointment with her until it is paid in full. I do not have over $500 so I unfortunately will have to seek another doctor. I am very upset I get to lose care from such an amazing physician.
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Merzenich for a long time.
She and her team exhibit true professionalism and kindness to all of the patients.
I have referred many of my friends and patients to her for care.
Doc is ok, office employs mostly kids who you have to hound for follow ups. There have been occasions where I have had to call repeated time to get something simple done, they don’t seem to care. I have complained to both dr and office manager with no success.
She is the best PCP. She goes the extra mile to ensure her patients get the best care always. She and staff are superb with follow-ups. They make it happen. Go see for yourself!
Made an appointment a month ago when I arrived I was told I was not on the schedule even though my appointment was confirmed. This was not any fault of my own, it was the fault of Dr. Merzenich's office. The doctor refused to see me even though it was the fault of her office. I needed an urgent referral for continuation of therapy with a specialist physician. No empathy!
She is super knowledgeable! She recommends diagnostics but understands the financial component of medical care. Can get you in quickly when you have a problem. She reviews all of your records very thoroughly! My insurance premium went up significantly and instead of changing and trying to find a new doctor I felt as comfortable with, I stayed and pay more! No regrets!
I am a new patient with Dr. Merzenich and I am more than pleased. She is very pleasant and gives a thorough exam. She truly cares about your health and her Nurse and office staff are very helpful and always courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend her and I feel fortunate to have found a physician who is great.
