Can’t say enough great things about this place! Been with them for over 24 years! Stated with Dr Allen then when he retired starts with Dr Huff! The entire staff is amazing! And Dr Huff is so attentive your our babies needs. She really cares and listens to your concerns.

Was Efficient, Well coming, Friendly. Teeth cleaning for 3 fur babies, 7 teeth pulled all together. The bill was under 1,000s dollars! Glad I found them.

My English Bulldog needed neutered and also needed his cherry eyes fixed. Dr. Huff did both. It went so well. His eyes look amazing. After taking him home we had no issues in fact my baby just wanted to play. He never acted like he was in any discomfort. Thank you!

I love going there. They take such good care of our dog and answer any questions we may have. So glad we found you.

Very professional and responsive service. They respect the animals and follow up to see how they are doing. My baby was in need of immediate attention and I was able to have her seen as a walk in. I gave a 4 star because it is very hard to reach them on the phone. I live in Clermont and drive to Leesburg to see Dr Huff.

They were friendly with my. They did the routine test and he was fine
He was scratching and she gave him a shot and told me what to do for an allergy.

I don’t know how people get appointments at this office, because I’ve been calling for two days and no one ever answers the phone. And this is not the first time this has happened. The recording is due to call volumes and I don’t believe that for a minute. I’ve called morning, middle day and no one answers. Guess I’ll have to move

It is a very sad day when you have to repeatedly call and spend two days in a call que to get a receptionist when you have been a customer for 15 years just to get records and waste such an exsorbant amount of time on hold with zero results.

Love Dr Huff, but her fill in Dr Gallagher is not a vet in my opinion. Brought my dog in for a non healing eye ulcer. A follow up which I thought I was seeing Dr Huff for but instead saw Dr Gallagher. She didn’t even stain or look at the eye through a scope. Instead tried to sell me glucosamine chews. Told me my dogs eye was healed and to stop meds that it “looked” great. Now 3 months later still treating the indolent ulcer. Super disappointed and she lost a faithful patient due to this. I believe Dr Gallagher caused a set back in my dogs progression from her poor medical knowledge and laziness to stain the eye.

I did complain. And later had a follow up with Dr Huff to learn that actually the ulcer was not healed as stated.

For eyes go to Maitland pet eye specialist. More advanced surgical options. My dog now has a special contact lens and still is difficult to heal but working through it.

Always busy, however worth the wait. Best Vet in town thanks Dr Huff my dog is a maniac and they handle him like it’s a normal thing. Might I add the staff is exceptional; in addition, Kelly is always pleasant and gives my dogs the extra care they need. Thanks for a great experience for our paw family!

Today I had accompanied my elderly neighbor with her 16yr old dog. When her dog was seen by both nurse assistant and doctor they were very RUDE when they kept referring to the dogs mouth “Oh I’m not touching her disgusting mouth, ” and her mouth is very nasty ect. There’s a way to have worded it differently especially when you’re supposed to be a VET helping the pet and the owner to feel at ease with the visit. I did approach both on how they were saying it. Then on our way out to get the medicine that the dog needed the secretary asked why she needed two medications and again proceeded to say because she has a yucky mouth. Which again is all uncalled for. I told my neighbor wow this is a place you have been coming to for years and this is the treatment you get. I told her she needs to find another clinic ASAP. I have 4 cats and this is definitely not a place I would bring ANY of my cats. I have had my own experience with them prior and this visit just nailed it to a definite no for me.

They were good with my 2 girls, wasn't sure I was going to get them back, the staff just loved Valcro & sweatpee, as all dogs.

The first time my pet was treated by Dr. Huff 2 years ago, I knew I would continue bringing my pets there. She was great. Fast forward to today. Sent my husband in to get rabies shots for dog and shots for my cat, and was billed nearly $500! Greed has come to this clinic with a vengeance. I feel it is all about the money, and nothing to do with what my pets need. I can be robbed in Ocala without the hour long trip. Apparently you are paying a lab no matter what is done. Shame on you! And that booster they requested? Skipping it. No telling what that
will cost. Trust completely broken.

The staff needs to be a little more friendly maybe a hello or a smile would be nice still after a year they never change
