Such wonderful people here! They are all so normal and good hearted, kind, respectful, fair people. You know the golden rule truly applies to this lovely real place they really do as they want done and it goes round and round

Good place with good people. They do try to upsell a lot of services and products but I guess that's part of the vet game.

Very nice staff! Truly concerned for your pet. Go out of their way for you. My sr dog has lymphoma and they thought vaccinations might harm her, so they wrote me letter excusing her from them. Very fair pricing. They wanted to run a test that I couldn't afford at the time so they offered to give me a follow up appointment. They made it my choice to have the tests done though. I am definitely returning!

This is a long sad story.please bear with me as I am extremely upset and sadden. I adopted a puppy from the humane society in Sarasota a few years ago. They said he had been very ill and almost died. BUT was all better and ready to be adopted. I noticed a little raised area on his back paw and mentioned it to them. The lady said it was fine, it was from the IV’s the had given him. So we took our new pup home. He’s a total joy, my kids and I fell in love with him instantly. As the months went by the area got a little bigger. I took him for his first check up and vaccines a few months later. I mentioned it again. They once again said it was nothing, it was fine. A few more months went by and the area got a little bigger. We went in for the second check up and vaccines. I mentioned it again. The doctor now said it had to be removed. They gave me a price break down of the total cost. At that moment the cost was not an issue, I just want my pup to be ok. About a week after that appointment COVID finally hit us personally. My husband lost his job, a close family member spent 4+ weeks in ICU fighting for her life from Covid and my husband and children all had Covid. Needless to say, I could no longer afford this surgery. I decided to call the Humane Society yesterday and explain my financial situation and the fact the the area on his paw is bigger and his attitude has changed. To my surprise they said the would work out a payment arrangement with me! I was so happy, my boy could get the medical care he needs! I made an appointment for this morning for blood work! They now tell me they can not remove it. This doctor actually send the nurse to talk to me. She was the sweetest, BUT was not able to explain to me why? I asked to talk to him, he told her he was busy. I asked to see another doctor for maybe a second opinion and she was
Too busy and leaving at 12. I told her I would wait. She said she asked him to talk to me himself, as she didn’t feel comfortable giving me these news. He refused. I stood there crying in disbelief of this situation. We can not afford a regular veterinarian I told her. I guess my kid’s and I will have to sit and watch the dog’s condition deteriorate and die. All she could say was that she was very sorry! This is unacceptable! The unprofessionalism is beyond horrendous! We are heart broken

Doctor Bui and Doctor Ivan are outstanding.professional, sensitive, empathic and knowledgeable. The clinic manager, Cassie, is also very professional and manages difficult situations with a calm, understanding manner. Receptionists are critical.that's who patients see first.they need to be sympathetic to the patients.another important person is Ashley.she handles animals with compassion and strength and care. I will always bring my animals here.the community needs this clinic and the excellent care that is given to the animals and their owners.thank you for all that you do.

Wonderful Clinic! Staff really do care about your pets. I was allowed to go inside the exam room while they gave my cats their yearly check up. Pricing is very transparent as there is a sheet with prices in the waiting room. You know what you will be paying unlike many other clinics. Overall very good experience.

The doctor, techs, and staff were super nice and answered all of my questions. Didnt try to sell me things/tests my dog doesn't need. Very happy with the experience!

We’ve been going to this clinic for 6 years and they’ve have truly gone downhill. Staff is never available to answer calls and when they do they’re unable to help with any requests. Minimum 4 week lead time to be seen. Only recommendation they have is to call exactly at 8 AM to try and get an appointment and then they will charge an outrageous fee to be worked in as an emergency. Such a shame!

In response to the poor reply, then hire more staff. Clearly this business doesn’t care to better their practice from the dozens of poor reviews they keep receiving.

As soon as I get in The door I was helped. The lady behind the desk was very helpful. I've been here before. I decided that Animal Clinic is going to be my dog's NEW Vet's.

Today I took my reactive dog for an annual exam and the clinic exceeded my expectations. The clinic staff and the veterinarian were incredibly sweet to my dog. The clinic was very clean and efficient. The pricing is extremely affordable. I felt like my dog was in really good hands. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I was trying to find a home for my dog hes old, and I'm old and disabled, and they had me to go online and fill out paperwork about my dog, and then tell me they don't have room for him.

What a great and caring staff! I had a sick foster puppy and they helped him recover so fast. Now he is healthier than ever!

Took dog in for itching/scratching. Vet talked a lot about fleas. Maybe written materials would have helped me more. Maybe we just weren't communicating. It cost me $192 for wellness package, tags, etc, etc.

I accidentally showed up early to my appt, but at the actual time of the appt I had to say something to get seen.

The vet Ivan Ivanov (I think) awesome and provided me with so much more information regarding what I was inquiring about.

Now I can't drive at the moment (epilepsy y'all) so always fewer appts is better! They have an option to do the blood work needed for a teeth cleaning the day of instead of in advance. I LOVE that this option is available! No other clinic that I've called has this accommodation. Cheapest pricing yet superb accommodations and service.

The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 is because I said something to get my kitty seen. Def recommend tho!

I had a very nice experience coming here for the first time. They all made my (very nervous) dog feel relaxed and calm. Everyone is so nice and they seem like that actually care about the animals! I definitely recommend this place!
