Not sanitary very dirty! They rush you in rush you out or even pay attention when you’re trying to explain what’s wrong with your dog! They do other services behind the door and then say oh well we had to do that without letting you know just because they trying to make money! Had my dogs teeth clean there two months later I go back to the vet and they say oh your dog needs a teeth cleaning I said you just did it they said oh there a big rip off I now go to regal animal Hospital so much better cleaner and professional

I use this facility for all my babies. The crew is exceptional from the doctors to the staff. If your looking for a place where you can feel comfortable and know your pets are getting wonderful care this is the place.

The friendliest people you will ever meet! Both of the doctors as well as their staff are beyond trust worthy. My baby TUNA has so much anxiety and they are always so accommodating. DR. JOHNSTON just did my baby’s dental cleaning and she truly has the animal and parents best interest at heart. She is thoughtful and thorough. She truly made us feel important and proud of our baby. SHAWNAH is also absolutely wonderful. She always makes Tuna feel comfortable and safe when we are there. She is a true animal lover and never makes you feel rushed. 10 out of 10 Highly Recommend!

Dr Brinkman and Dr Johnson are very caring and compassionate.

I made appointment first time with them when my cat Mojo gets very sick and didn't know what is wrong. Dr. Johnston is very nice and explained every single detail. Unfortunately there was nothing we can do for Mojo so we decide to put him a sleep. Losing Mojo was very hard. I want to thank you for being there for me and him when he got sick. It was a very sad and I appreciate the time you let me cry in the office. Entire office was very nice. After loosing him, they even send me card with plant seed. I will plant this for Mojo. I can not enough thanks to them. Thank you very very much.

Dr. Johnston is the best vet I have ever known. She really listens to you and trusts that you know your pet better than anyone else. She helped diagnose my dog with Cushing's after two years of constant tests with no diagnosis and helped me figure out other issues too. The staff is also amazing, I always feel like they treat my dog like he is their own when I have to leave him there all day.

Took our 22 year old cat to this clinic.even though we had to have our beloved Jette put to sleep.the staff & the Vet were outstanding, caring, supportive to us as well as Jette.if in the future we get another cat this is the place to go.

Romeow owes this awesome, kind & wonderful staff his crazy life & thanks them very meoch. And the lizard, bird, snake, insect & bug community tremble in fear again & curse them

We have been going here for over 8 years. They are the best. Bella had a crushed back foot and Dr Brinkmann put a pin in the bone and you would never know it. I would trust them with any injury or problem!

We LOVE Dr Brinkmann and Dr Thompson! We've been going there for the past 2.5 years and I can't imagine using any other vets. The entire staff is caring and amazing. We drive 30+ minutes to go there and it's well worth it.

Thanks a lot! We from Canada on the visit and we had our chihuahua checked for blood test and the dental problems, Dr. Ted B.handled it very professionally with good advises on what to do and what not.
It less expensive then in Canada, wow!
All team was excellent. Tomorrow will have that test results.

After 16 years I regretfully had to put our families loyal Shepard dog Sam down.all the staff was just so caring and supportive during that tough time for me. You were caring, sincere, and even let me feed our boy Sam 4 sausage egg and cheese mc.muffins. 2 hash browns.and a jar of peanut butter. Sammy boy went out like a King.

Dr Brinkmann is a excellent Veterinarian with years of experience. The staff is very friendly. Reasonable prices are also a big plus!
