Booked the Behind the Scenes tour for my daughter's birthday. It was amazing. My absolute favorite was the Otter experience. Moni was an outstanding tour guide. She's fun and has so much knowledge about the animals. Great experience. Will definitely be back.

Moni our tour guide was amazing. Did the VIP TOUR and that was money well spent. There are so many animals on property to meet but Getting to meet sean with the otters during the VIP tour was amazing. Every one was so so sweet. Had an amazing time we will forsure be back and recommend to everyone!

I am so grateful that although we had an accident delay on our way, we were still allowed to join a group. The first group, however the guide did not want us there and asked for us to be moved to another group.
While two of the workers we came in contact with were very helpful and kind, the guide was not as pleasant as one would expect. It was an awesome experience for my 5 year old granddaughter and she had a lot of fun. What you do is a great thing. Thank you

What a great find. Our guide Reese was very informative and pleasant. We were recommended there by my hairdresser. My 10 year old grandson and I loved the time there.

We loved it. The tour takes about an hour, and it is well organized and thought out. While it's hot to be outside, they take you around in a way that gives you a break in the shade. Animals are well cared for, all with unique stories. Loved the fact that there were so many touching/interacting opportunities. We held baby kangaroo, and the kangaroo interaction experience was very fun and educational. Recommended to all my friends with children.

Our tour guide was Brooke. She was fun, kind and personable. She shared her knowledge of the animals with us. She took her time to answer our questions and interact with everyone. We enjoyed the animal encounter and definitely would do it again. Considering how extremely hot out it was she kept a smile on her face the whole time. All the staff we met were just as nice.

Everyone loved it, The tour guides were very informative.
We will make this a regular monthly outing.

Overall great experience and would Definitely go back. My tour guide was informative and down to earth. Not to mention he was from New York (sorry I forgot his name). But I get the feeling they are all good tour guides and know their stuff

Our tour was awesome and Reese was our awesome tour guide. I learned much from her knowledge of the animals. I enjoyed interacting with the animals and holding slothia. So many of God's awesome creatures and it's nice to know they are in good hands here. I would highly recommend this tour for any animal lover.

It was a very good experience especially with a guided tour where they talk about all of the wild life on the property. Peaceful serene place with lots of animals to see. You get to pet some of the animals like kangaroos sloths and otters. Also you can feed the farm animals like goats, donkeys and cows. Would recommend for a family outing

This was a birhtday gift for my wife. Moni was our tour guide and did an excellent job, as did everybody. They really seem to care about the animals and that was appreciated.

Reese was amazing! You can really tell that the people working there have a bond with the animals. Our family had a great time. Holding the sloth was even more amazing than we had imagined! We will definitely go back.

Great and fun experience for the entire family. Staff was very friendly and we could see how much they cared for the animals. I highly recommend it specially for the young ones. I just wish the guided tour was a little longer, we bought a ticket for a tour from 10am to 12pm and we were done by 11: 30am.

Great experience seeing animals like camels, feeding them and goats, petting kangaroos. Great time, highly recommend.

Our tour guide was Tori and she was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. She made our tour really fun and now I know facts like lemurs have two tongues! The baby otter was adorable!

Absolutely amazing the guide Mona was phenomenal fun, friendly and informative! A rainy start to the day but still fantastic and wonderful experience. The otters were absolutely delightful and so cuddly
