Animal Eye Guys is amazing! They have been so amazing walking us through the journey of a surprise glaucoma diagnosis, which has led to necessary eye removal. The staff's way of working with people is one of the best I've experienced. And the way they treat our dog daughter. Speechless.

Daisy went in with a really bad right eye and cloudiness on both eyes. I thought she was going to start going blind since she's 14. Dr. Martinez took great care of her and with proper treatment and care, she's back to her old self! I cried of happiness and relief after Dr. Martinez told me that Daisy's eyes were healed. My family and I are very happy with both the doctor and the staff. Everyone is so nice over the phone and in person. We couldn't be happier! I would absolutely recommend this office to any friend or family member.

I was so nervous about my finding a specialist for my cat. I knew there wouldn't be many to choose from and this concerned me about price and quality. But Animal Eye Guys put all of those concerns to rest.

Made and confirmed an appointment, drove 45 minutes through rush hour to get there, only to find that their appointment scheduler made a mistake and set me up for a week later. They were full and now I have a cat with an aggressive virus clouding her eye, unseen by the “animal eye guys”. Their systems are antiquated — no email or text communication, and you wait for 5-10 minutes to speak with anyone on the phone. Very unprofessional. But they have a near monopoly on opthamology in South Florida, so like the cable company and the power company, they feel they can get away with abusing their clientele.

Employees here are very disrespectful and rude, they show no concerns for you worries when it pertains to your pets.
They make sarcastic remarks as response to any concerns or questions.
When trying to explain something to them or ask a question you are easily dismissed.
I would not recommend this clinic to anyone honestly if you truly care for your fur babies. Was expecting way better customer service than received.

Amid the Covid-19 situation they are taking all the necessary and still keep things running smoothly. They were all ver professional and my pup & I were treated with compassion. Special thanks to Carolyn and Drea, two beautiful ladies I personally will not forget.

We’ve been brining our foster cat there since we got him. They’ve done such a great job of caring for him and helping us save both his eyes. He is blind in one still, but he will get to keep it.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. You know how receptionist tell you "We'll call you if someone cancels" and they never call you.well someone canceled and they did call us and we were able to get an earlier appointment. We waited maybe 5 minutes in the lobby while we checked in and were quickly called to the back. Carolyn took down all of Gizmo's information, she listened carefully to Gizmo's extensive medical history. Dr. Jessica Martinez was so patient and gentle with our senior chihuahua.all of the tests and exams were done in the same room we were in, he was never taken to "the back". They all handled Gizmo carefully due to his bad back. He was at ease. They explained everything very clearly. They also provided a well written report with all medications and instructions for us to follow. They followed up the next day to check up on him. They are good about answering the phone, scheduling and rescheduling. I highly recommend them.

A very through exam of cat´s eyes. Proper diagnosis. Very friendly staff. Veterenarian Bryan Artemis did an excellent job of exam and explaining the case.

Loved coming here, they were very thorough when explaining the procedures of the tests that were being done to my pet. Very friendly staff and very caring. If I need to go back to an Eye specialist for my pet, this will definitely be my number one choice.

This is the best place to take your pet when it comes to eye care, I thought my pet was blind until they helped him. Highly recommend this place

Since the moment I came to the office i knew they were going to do great with my "little man". He had an ulceration and Dr. Martinez took no time and took care of Martini. The staff was amazing, friendly, professional and most importantly treated Martini great! The doctor explained in detail what was wrong with him and assured me he will heal in time.
