The doctors at AHC are very caring and compassionate. I always feel I am getting the best care and advice for my cats. The Doctors always follow up with a phone call to go over test results or to see how they are feeling. All three doctors are wonderful. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to make your pets and you comfortable. They really do understand that they're more than just pets!

I was in Florida on an extended vacation and brought my cat. At that time he developed some gastric issues and Dr. Fillips was very efficient and kind in determining his problem. I also want to comment that her vet tech Brian (I hope I got his name right) was wonderful.

There are many Vet establishments, but there's one Animal Healthcare Center. Exceptionally consistent professional staff with a level of vet expertise with the doctors you cannot find elsewhere. When you have been with the same vet for almost 30 years that is worth something.

They are one of the best offices around.the love, care and support they give to pets is amazing. And the support and kindness they showed when our 13.5yr old dog Lady crossed the rainbow bridge was very consoling, the Dr called us to offer her sympathy and the office sent us a signed sympathy card signed by everyone with their own personal message.

Animal Healthcare center is amazing I found them reccomemded by my Nextdoor app. Very easy to make appointments on line, all of the staff from front office to providers are professional and pleasant. Couldn’t be happier to have them as a business in our neighborhood and to treat our little Ozzy

When the rubber meets the road, this is the vet you want to see. We took our cat twice to his regular vet and she was unable to resolve the problem. This vet did resolve it. He is one of only two board certified vets in Palm Beach County. Any vet can do well pet care but when things get complex, see this vet.

I love this Animal hospital! All 3 veterinarians are top of the line & genuine, not to mention the rest of the staff all have huge hearts & love your babies like their own!

Such a lovely practice! They are always so sweet and really seem to love what they do. Highly recommend it!

I adopted a puppy at the palm beach animal control and was given a certificate for a vet check up and went to the animal health care center. Worst mistake EVER. Dr Edward's if you can call her a doctor almost killed my puppy with her total incompetence. At my first visit she noticed my puppy had a runny nose and a bit of a pot belly told me to keep and eye on it. Two days later his runny nose got worse he stopped eating and was barley able to walk upstairs. I call we go back to "Dr Edwards" she says it's and upper respiratory infection and gives him and iv and some medicine. Next day Milo is even worse puking having accidents every few hours. I call back to tell them something serious is wrong. First they explain to me that my certificate is now up and any treatment is on me. Ok we go back to her office they do a stool sample and come back that he has parvovirus. They did stool samples at both the previous appointments. "Dr Edward's " now says it's going to cost over $900 to run all the tests needed to find the right treatment for him. She didn't even talk treatment yet. We explain that we don't have an extra $900 to spend right now. Her response was then we need to talk euthanizing him. Extremely upset we leave with our extremely sick puppy. Lucky we call the shelter explain to them what happen and they recommended we go to the Justin Bartlett anima hospital. We rush Milo their and the front desk person just by looking at our puppy says parvovirus and rushes us to a team of two vet techs and to DR Woon. They explain everything that would need to be done and gave us an option of giving him medication at home along with iv treatments. The total cost for the emergency visit and the treatment $300! Every dog owner vet tech and dog lover I know is apalled by my experience at your office. I wouldn't send my goldfish to "Dr. Edwards. " Shame on her because Milo is now or of the danger zone. No runny nose, eating foods and processing it fine and running around like any health 5 month old puppy no thanks to you.

Dr. Dew and his entire staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. They have been the primary veterinary service for my two Golden Retrievers, Graham age 10 and Logan 18 months. I could not ask for more competent and caring people. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. When Graham passed away and I adopted a shelter dog from Big Dog Ranch I continued with Dr. Dew and his staff for Oliver. They are warm, friendly and very competent. I coudn't have asked for more.

I've been taking my dogs and cats here for years. They are caring and professional, and always call the next day to check on my babies. Their email appointment scheduling & confirmation by text or email is very convenient.

For me AND my dog, this is the best place I've been to for the health and care of my pet. The staff is helpful, and kind. They do their very best to be accommodating on scheduling visits and meds. I very pleased to have a place like Animal Healthcare Center for my dog and my peace of mind.

I have taken my dogs to many vets. I have trusted, or should I say tried to trust them all. These people are the best. The vet found a tumor that nobody else found. Their staff is amazing. They are kind, compassionate and caring. And they care about your pet. Don't go anywhere else. These people are amazing.
