I can confirm I've seen the gentleman in the store be extremely disrespectful and cold towards his customers. I usually just get my birds food and go but I will no longer support an establishment that treats most of their customers in such a negative matter.

El peor lugar para comprar y el dueño no sabe nada de customer service. Puedo escribir miles de anécdotas de los peores servicios y lo desagradable que es este lugar. Mucha peste y mala higiene. Aún no entiendo cómo sigue abierto con la mala atención tanto a los animales como los clientes. Yo vi cucarachas muertas cerca del mostrador en fin lo peor.

The worst place to buy and the owner knows nothing about customer service. I can write thousands of anecdotes of the worst services and how disgusting this place is. Lots of pestilence and poor hygiene. I still don't understand how it is still open with poor attention to both animals and customers. I saw dead cockroaches near the counter in short the worst.

For my son’s 6th Birthday he wanted a fish tank so we spotted this little local pet shop spot and took a chance. The owner Dago helped us every step of the way! They sell feed, fish, all kinds of birds! We are happy with the new additions to our family!

The owner has no customers service skills he did answer my questions but he was not happy answering.he ended helping me to take my birds food to my car and that fix a little be my shopping experiences

Bad customer service, I asked if they had a species of bird and they did not want to answer over the phone. It's very inconvenient for anyone who wants to know before taking a long drive.

I bought some stuff for my freshly bought Canis familiaris in your shop.i'm thus lucky that I found a shop such as you that provides a really reasonable and high-quality reasonably service. My dad went here to buy some koi fish, when he took them home I noticed that the fish had scales missing and look in bad condition.

Wish they have a phone number to call to see what I could do but nope they don’t have any active number. And to top it off they don’t take any cards. Only cash!

But I will be going back Monday to see what they can do for me since I got 2 koi’s and I will not be mixing them with the healthy koi
