Oh my goodness gracious where do I start. My little kelpie mix Got ripped from first teeth right back to her Coulee. The staff was amazing when I walked in. The doctor Is very Thorough. Their knowledge on Telling me what I have to do. Unfortunately but fortunately I will always go back To these professionals. I will always trust in them.

Animal Specialty failed me in the worst possible way. THEY HAD ONE THING TO DO!
Christmas night I brought my 15yr old dying Chihuahua, who was crying out in pain. I TOLD THEM SHE HAD BEEN BADLY ABUSED (PRIOR TO MY RESCUE) AND COULD NOT BE LEFT ALONE, AND WAS EXTREMLEY ANXIOUS AND IN PAIN, BUT THEY WEREN'T LISTENING! They took my sweet girl (yelping) and said I would be able to join her soon. That was was a lie. They were more interested in gettimg my credit card information After a long while, I entered the restricted area, pleading for them to give her pain medication and they
refused. They said they had "protocol! " I still am PLAGUED with the sounds of my yelping dog

I drove 20 min.to the wonderful place in ROCKLEDGE (5 STAR). I only wish I had known about this wonderful caring place. They were the 100 % more professional and handled my dying dog's needs right away. It also was $170 LESS IN PRICE FOR OUTSTANDING CARE

From the moment we arrived with my little Luna, the service was exceptional. Front desk, the nurse and the doctor were very nice people. I will definitely recommend this place!

Had an emergency on Christmas Eve. My dachshund needed to be seen ASAP. The doctors and staff at Emergency Center of Brevard were able to provide critical care immediately. They are awesome! Can’t recommend or thank them enough!

Brought my 4m old kitten in due to low temperature and being unconscious. They said it was going to be 1200.00 just to run testing on her and 3k A DAY to hospitalize her. They said we need to just euthanize her. They didn’t even give her a chance at all. I had to ask that they give her sub q and a convenia shot. We brought her home AMA and she is absolutely thriving now.
They told us “Just come back in when you’re ready to humanely euthanize. ”
The vet also said “yeah I don’t have that kind of money for a cat either. ” THEN WHY DO YOU CHARGE IT?
178.00 just for the vet to see her? This place is a joke.
Didn’t even send any records home.

Took my dog Orlando here last night for a medical emergency and the whole crew from the front desk, vet tech, and DR were extremely caring and compassionate. They were extremely busy and working extremely efficient. I’m truly thankful they were open on Christmas Eve and for how awesome the treatment was that he received, thank you!

So quick and kind and caring and explained the price and medication thoroughly before proceeding! Grateful they cared for my pup on Christmas Eve.

Just moved here Christmas Eve and my dog got an abscess from an infected tooth/root. With no established vet and it being New Year’s Eve, I went here for help. There was only one veterinarian working and it was rather busy. Even still, my chihuahua was seen efficiently and given antibiotics and pain meds to help until I can get him in with a primary vet. All staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend! Thank you so much!

I was happy with the care my baby received here. It was Christmas Eve and they were very busy but the care was great and our wait time was not bad at all. The facility was very clean also.

The Drs here are very understanding and empathetic. They care for your pet as their own. I have nothing but praises for them and their staff.

Very prompt, staff and doctor were excellent! Followed up with a call and so far my dog is doing great! Thank you for saving Teddy. My dog was having seizures and now he’s not. Happy New Year to the staff!

The day before Christmas Eve I had to put my 16 year old cat down. She had aggressive mouth cancer and was bleeding from her mouth all over. The whole staff and vet were super compassionate and caring. They even sent me a sympathy card which was so sweet of them. I can’t remember the vets name at the moment, but he was so kind and made the process a little bit more easier for me to handle. The pricing wasn’t that bad either considering it’s an emergency clinic. I highly recommended this place and I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

I can always depend on this emergency room when I need urgent care for my pets. They are medically thorough and emotionally sympathetic when your pet is going thru a crisis and in need of immediate care.

I had to take my dog, Callie, for an emergency visit at 7: 00 am on a Sunday morning, Christmas Eve morning, after an encounter with a raccoon. The wonderful people at Animal Specialty were absolutely fantastic! They were very caring and gentle with Callie and with me. I absolutely would return in a heartbeat.

Absolutely the worst will never go here again. Took my pet there and they let her suffer in pain. My dog passed away no compassion for pets. They don't care about the animals only money. It's just about the cash with these folks. Please steer clear of them. If your pet has an emergency.
