Dr. Carr and her nurse Natalie Hitchcock are amazing. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Natalie. She is so professional, friendly and always my you so very important.

Where do I even begin. 5 years ago Dr. Carr was the neurosurgeon on call when I came in as a trauma in the ED after a car accident that left me with a burst fracture, among plenty of other things. I thank God everyday that she was the one on call, she did a fusion with laminectomy. I was a young adult with my life to live and she fought like hell to make sure I was going to be able to walk again and live my life. I was never supposed to have my hardware removed, a year ago she worked some magic and was able to remove my rods! Today 5 years later she released me on a “as needed basis” for her care. I’m honestly still in disbelief that I don’t have to go back yearly for follow ups and this is a day I never thought would come! Being close in location to Dr Carr has actually even caused a few life decisions one of which was moving to Pensacola and meeting my now husband. Dr Carr gave me a second chance! I will never let anyone else treat me or my family if Dr Carr can treat the issue. She is truly a miracle worker and I am so blessed!

Dr. A Carr is exceptional Surgeon & physician. She is a straight forward. No Candy coated. Her Staff is impeccable. I had a choice to go else where. But I trust Dr. A Carr, why you ask, because she CARES. God gave her a gift, she uses that gift to benefit Others.

My experience with Dr. Carr has been outstanding. She took the time to explain my surgery, in lay terms. My appointments have always been on time and I never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend Dr. Carr.

Dr Carr and all the medical staff were very professional and courteous. I thank God that they were the ones caring for me. Dr Carr was very direct and to the point while explaining to me the the results of the many tests I had taken for my Spondylosis. She explained clearly what the effects of surgery could have, or I could choose not to do anything about it. I declined surgery.

Dr. Carr is wonderful. She is frank and honest, and she listens. She gave me my life back. After non surgical approaches failed, I felt very positive going into surgery for my L5/S1 herniated disk, and she gave me and my husband substantive information and realistic expectations for my recovery. Her staff has been so helpful and supportive, too.
