Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens reviews
17Really a hidden gem of WPB. Really cool garden walk and employees there really answer all questions. I like the way it is set up. All the trees and plants have their names by them. They also give you a map. Greg
Had a fun time here.small museum can see everything in 30 minutes.but beautiful and interesting
Gorgeous gardens! Art work was fantastic along with priceless photographs! Would like to visit again next time when in the area!
Get a tour. You learn the back story on Anne Norton and how she and her husband relate to the Norton Art museum
If you’re into Art this is a MUST. I’ve been to internationally acclaimed museums all over the world and this place is a true gem. Incredibly grateful to the wonderful staff that was thrilled to educate about Ann Norton’s life and creations. Also, the museum shop has snacks you can enjoy on the premises which was quite a delight. We came on a Sunday when they had jazz on the lawn which looked quite enjoyable.
This place was so amazing. What a secret oasis, plus they had a jazz concert.
Definitely go check this place out so beautiful
My family and I are visiting West Palm Beach Florida for the Holidays. We so enjoyed this self guided tour. The girls pretended to be our guides. The garden/grounds are beautiful and we love the amazing sculptures.
Was looking on Google for some gardens or nature centers to visit and I came across the Ann Norton sculpture gardens so my wife and I decided to take a ride from Delray and check it out. It was very easy to get to and we found parking easily. When we walked into the building the first floor was an exhibit of a visiting artist and the pieces were spectacular. The building was beautifully decorated and air-conditioned. We spent about 20 minutes on the floor looking at the art/ sculpture then proceeded to the gardens outside. It was a series of sculptures scattered about On a 2+ acre parcel. The outside art was fantastic the studio were Ann Norton worked was beautiful also. As much as we came for the art we were equally impressed with the planting and the well manicured gardens. It was beautiful, everything about the visit was wonderful. The staff was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it if you haven’t been there, great destination.
Absolutely lovely gardens. The artwork inside the main house were amazing and the sculptures in the garden enhanced the gardens. We even peeked in the studio- it was worth it to catch a glimpse of a creative space. Don't skip it.
A beautiful, calming space to appreciate art and plants. I especially loved how intentional the landscaping is—the plants complement the artwork perfectly and contribute to the peaceful, restorative atmosphere. The cost for entry is pretty expensive, but I understand that they need funds to maintain the place. Definitely worth the trip if you like tropical plants and/or sculpture, or if you just want to experience a nice environment for a while.
Lovely place to walk through gardens and look at sculptures and lush greenery. The inside museum is small but enjoyable. I loved getting an I side look at her artist studio.
This is an exceptional and historical sculpture garden with incredible sculpture throughout, with the artist's studio open to the public. Incredible amount of orchids
Ann Norton's wish to create a unique oasis of art and nature in a peaceful setting has been honored. It is a must see for anyone desiring to take a pause in today's busy life. Time the emails off and only use your phone for pictures.
Very cool outdoor space with bonus beautiful plant life (lots of orchids growing on palms)
Perfect place to stroll through the forest-like gardens, commune with nature and enjoy one of a kind, unique sculptures.
Got there at 4: 05 & were turned away:/
It's really unfortunate because I had looked on their website around 3pm to look for their hours but couldn't find them so we decided to buy some lunch before going here.
We drove two hours to see the sculptures & only got to see bits from the property's gates.
Looks like a very nice place. Maybe next time we are up in WPB, who knows
I'm all about the preservation of the arts.and I love this place. Amazing sculptures, beautiful gardens, artist talks, artistic events, breathtaking views.tucked away in a historic home and property along the Intracoastal. Great place for a cultural field trip. I plan to become a Member.
