Anna Maria Island Dream Inn, Bradenton Beach FL

Great place to stay! Marty and her staff are great too! Love the southern hospitality. Right on a private beach with chairs and umbrellas & beach supplies. It's a small older property that has been updated over the years. The rooms are clean with beautiful views.

Place is nice and cleaned but needs TLC. Worst part was they didn't honor price quoted during reservations.

If the only thing you care for is being ocean front, then go ahead and book here. Beware you may book thinking you will be staying at the Anna Maria Island Dream Inn but they may have you stay at Bamboo. They own several other hotels and are able to place you in any of them. The parking is limited. The rooms are super dated. It is one thing to know you will be staying in a dated room but it's another thing to walk into a room that is not ready for you. The bathroom floor was full of bathroom scum, the utensils were dirty with food from the previous people, the bed sheets were stained, the floors had mold, I did not feel safe. I booked 2 different rooms and both were in the same fashion. The stove was not working, the refrigerator was rusted, the balcony smelled like urine. Needless to say we stayed one night and the following morning we were forced to look for another hotel. Thankfully we found one and left the next day before 3 pm. I complained at the front desk that the rooms were not up to par with expectation and I was told that a refund is not possible. The units are privately owned and the lady at the front desk told me she was going to send an email to both owners of the units we paid for C18 and C19. I was going to be CC'd on the email, this never happened. I emailed the hotel asking for a refund of the 6 nights, I was willing to pay for the one night, nothing. Yes the staff is friendly but this does not cut it. Owners need to take accountability.

My husband and my Daughter's family always go to the Island of Anna Marie, I took my children and my mother each year at Tax time and we always stayed at the motel 6 for over 8 years, then our lives got busy when my grandchild was born then 2 more grandchildren, and years go by while my husband and I started going to Florida and renting homes on the Island for us 2, my daughter and family went to deferent parts of Florida but, this year 2022, my daughter and I planned a vacation together and she found Anna Marie Island Dream Inn, and by asking questions while booking or stay she learned this Hotel was the same Hotel that I Took them to for 10 years, we where thrilled to know and to stay in a familiar place when she was younger and now sharing this with her Family and it's not a Fancy place on the beach, but it felt like home with updates added and ther staff is so nice and anything we needed or wanted they did their best to get it done, we will be back,

I would have given 5 stars, but I don’t appreciate the owner flirting with my husband. A woman shouldn’t ever call another woman’s husband “handsome” or say “hey handsome” when the wife isn’t present and when the wife is present, shouldn’t hold eye contact only with the husband. She should give BOTH customers equal conversation OR direct most of it towards the wife…. And she shouldn’t flirt with any woman’s husband period. Ignoring the wife’s presence or not speaking to her equally is plain rude. I don’t care whether or not the husband is handsome. It’s NOT professional.:/

So, if you don’t care whether or not the owner is a flirt… and overly nice to her male customers…. Then, this Dream Inn is clean, The other staff is also nice, and it’s right on the beach.

Booked 3 nights in a 1 bedroom oceanfront unit. The room itself is in dire need of a renovation. The view was perfect. The resort and I use the term loosely also needs major upgrades. Our last night we returned to a swarm of termites. Needless to say after some cleanup we didn't sleep well. In the morning we explained what happened and we were told a refund of the last night would be forthcoming. A week later we were told after sending an email inquiring about the refund that they don't give refunds. We were awarded a credit for one night so that we may return in the future. We probably won't return after such a pitiful response on a $412 dollar a night room. Someone once told me that nightmares are dreams too! Truthfully I expected better. There are equally good views other places where the guest experience trumps profit.two thumbs down here!

First of all, Marty and her staff are amazing. Marty works 7 days a week and bust her butt for her guests. We had several issues while staying (ants in bathroom and kitchen, broken slider letting air in, black mold on floor), but made sure to bring it to her attention. She sent ladies to clean and address the issues promptly. Our beds were comfy, AC cold, showers hot! Beach is close, nice breezeway on ground floor, but rooms definitely need some TLC. This place has huge potential, but the owners don’t seem to care. If you’re looking for location, this is your place.

Stayed here a few days. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a corner room with great views of the beach and gulf waters. We were happy to have a kitchen area.

On one of the least crowded beaches on the island (Bradenton). Condo was clean when we came and amply stocked (dishes, toiletries, etc.) for our stay. Lots of things included by friendly/helpful management (beach chairs, umbrellas, games, sand toys, really everything you need for a day at the beach.

Excellent place to enjoy the view in front of the beach. Excellent prices and great value, the lady in the front desk took care of us and she's so nice. I definitely recommend this place, just make.sure u make the reservation months before

Hands down the best place we've vacationed to in Florida! The rooms were excellent the views were perfect and the staff was just the BEST! Absolutely every staff member! They were so kid-friendly that we will most definitely be back. 5+ stars!
