11Dr. Copolla is a great dr but getting through to his office is a nightmare. Getting someone to call back is impossible. Getting questions concerns answered is horrible. Trying for over 2 weeks now no avail. Also scheduling a procedure is to far out booked.
I love Dr Coppola! He is professional yet casual and he has a sense of humor that I like in anyone. Especially my doctor. So many are just too uber serious! He is an excellent physician.
First Great impression: the staff for Dr. Coppola, called me today. Usually I am the one who calls. I read all the doctor’s report. I was very glad since he had five stars. He also has patients over 80. I was supposed to see a gastroenterologist since last year, but the PCD kept on telling me that I could have my intestines perforated. The insurance finally called her and requested an authorization. Finally. I will see Dr Coppola. I used to see Dr. Henry Levin but he is not in my insurance.
Amazing combination of support staff, Denise is very professional and kind. Dr Coppola really takes the time to listen, answer questions very professionally, and with great bed side manner.
Dr. Coppola has treated my mother for a few years now. He’s a wonderful human being, treats his patients with kindness and takes time to explain everything thoroughly.
Appointments are always on time. There is no waiting to see the doctor. Everyone is very pleasant, compassionate, knowledgeable and kind.
My experience with this place, it was very good. Friendly staffs. I loved that did not waited long to be seen.
