A way above average experience. Dr. Infante seemed a master of his field and well explained what he would do for me and what my considerations should include. He was quite courteous and willing to listen to my concerns. The support staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. I would recommend him and the practice to anyone.

I had a fall and broke my wrist. I went to see doctor Infante he is one of the most caring, wonderful doctors I have ever met. He made sure I had my surgery right away. I appreciate him so much. What a wonderful doctor

Very pleasant, Dr took his time and answered all my questions. Wait time was a little long but was my first visit and had to have X-rays done before seeing doctor. Was able to get an injection in my hip which helped with my hip pain.

The staff were very nice, but I waited over a half hour past my scheduled appointment time before an announcement was made that the doctor was running behind

Top notch care. The staff Included. Best of care. Listen to your concerns and hey don't hesitate to solve any problems you have. I and my son have had care here for yrs. Wouldnt go any where else. Dr.infante took care of my sons breaks he was a dialysis patient, the worst one was his left wrist which was his dialysis access arm. He did the surgery and my son did well and healed great with no complications. He passed away last yr. He loved and trusted Dr Infante. I'll always be grateful with the patient gentl ways and quality time he spends with you when your facing surgery.

I had a good experience with the PA. She listened to what I said and made a few recommendations. They also got me in early.

It’s been a tough time with my grandma, we seen two specialist and they never had a reason to what was going on with her, with D. O Infante, that same day he explain very well what was going on, we didn’t have to wait until another appointment, he answer all my questions. Very excellent experience!

Terrible to get hold of. New phone system is horrible. Have been awaiting to talk to Dr about results for over a week.

This doctor is the most arrogant and incompetent surgeon I've ever encountered. He did a hip replacement on my husband. He never saw my husband in the hospital before he left, we were told by staff he NEVER comes to the room, you only see him in surgery or his office. He ended up doing 5 different surgeries on my husband after he became infected. 3 times he simply removed and replaced the hardware. The 4th time he FINALLY put a medical spacer in. When that became infected as well we saw Dr. Infante in his office. At that visit we were told by Dr. Infante he was infected BUT he was going on vacation so we should go home and he would call us in 2 weeks. Keep in mind my husband had already almost died of sepsis 3 times because of his incompetence. Once they put hardware in your body no other doctor will touch you. When I told him that was not gonna happen he then got nasty. Long story short him and his office staff threatened to call the cops if we didn't leave. Needless to say it got UGLY! My husband had developed a yeast infection in the joint from being on antibiotics more than 2 years. This infection happened in the operating room, he was infected before he left the hospital and he REFUSED to see him! My husband hasn't had a hip for a year and a half because of the yeast and is now being told they might not ever be able to put a hip back in. This man is a MONSTER and shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine!

I absolutely love Dr Infonti and his PA Kathryn. THEY are so amazing. They saved my leg! I would highly recommend them to everyone who asks. Professional and sweet. I will continue to see him until I'm healed, 100 percent.

Would have been 5 star if I hadn’t had to wait over 2 hours to see Doc. I would have appreciated updates regarding why the wait. I was told at 245 I would be seeing PA and did not realize until Dr Infante came in at 5: 30 that he had returned to the office post OR and I was waiting to see him. Better communication would have made for a less stressful experience.

My aunt and I had to wait for three hour for her initial visit. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Very 1st visit with Dr. And was very well pleased with the overall service from the check in process to the actual visit. Showed xrays and explained everything in detail in which I appreciate. Provided more insight on the problem in 1 visit than I had with many visits with another Orthopedic Dr at another facility!
