Very knowledgable and experienced. Took time to help me understand the treatment. I was able to call the service rep with questions anytime. The actual treatment was thorough and I got over and beyond help when I couldnt do a couple tasks to prepare, so the technition did them for me. He was very careful not to damage anything. The tech sent to our home to provide service was the most informative and patient tech I have worked with in more than 30 years of putting Pest Control Techs.on the hot seat, and took his time to explain every detail of what service from Pesto would involve. Pesto needs to be sure they hang onto Russell, and No I am not related to Russell in any way shape or form. In a time when it is getting harder every day for companies to hire merely adequate help, I was impressed with who Pesto sent my way.

Russell came and spent a significant amount of time putting bait down Inside my kitchen & explaining what to expect after the bait was laid out.
