2Best care in Miami. Thorough and caring. Staff is excellent. The practice is second to none.
Terrible service. I call them to confirm my appointment and then that my ask me if I went to the lab for the blood test. I told them they haven’t send me anything telling me that I needed to go to the lab. So they rescheduled my appointment changing my complete week. Then I schedule to go to the lab. But, they were supposed to send the blood order to the lab, but when I arrived without having a breakfast the lab told me that they have send anything. I call them and somebody answer me telling me that she is not in the office that I have to wait útil 9am. So I not only have to wait without having something to eat also I am loosing hour on my work because of them.
