Very prompt and highly efficient! Answered my call no matter what time or day and made the process quick, easy, and painless. Everything was explained to me and he went down to the place with me to do a rapid intake no problem! Definitely turned something that could have been the worst day into a breeze! Thank you!

Answered the phone and would not listen to much of anything I was attempting to explain. Made his own assumptions about financial abilities, and truthfulness of what I was explaining, although I could have proven everything he doubted residence, income, background, co-signer, everything!

Only answered the phone once, said he'd have to call me back, and never did so. Tried to bail a buddy out, but over 2 days, didn't get the chance with this business. Hard to believe this place has such high ratings when they won't even collect any information. Frankly, hard to believe they're still in business.
