Anytime Fitness, Clermont FL

Really nice place with lots of equipment along with a room for activities and such. Very clean and the staff is very friendly.

The row machine has been broke for 3months.i have contacted them by phone and in person.they change the batteries but that didn't fix the electronic display.

Incredibly disappointed with the customer service at this facility. I have requested to cancel my membership for many months, but have received very poor communication in return. After following all of the instructions the facility provided for cancellation, I am still being charged a membership fee. It should not be this difficult to leave a gym.

Do not join this gym if you ever hope to cancel your membership.

Trainer Lydia is great, facility has all equipment you need, not overcrowded, friendly members. Was a happy customer for a couple years and miss it now, but ultimately joined another gym because the price felt a little steep to not have “extras” like full locker room or sauna. Would come back if they had better membership price deal for couples/gym partners.

We come here when we stay at our condo. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The yoga classes are challenging and facility is very clean. There is a great amount of workout tools so if there is a fair amount of guests you can still get your workout in.

Been coming here every year while I'm in Florida. I was very worried of the different paying method setup since new management. You hear horror stories of gyms taking payments after you cancel your membership. But no, after my month payment was up. They did not take any further payments. The gym is very clean and has everything. I don't feel nervous at all joining as a new member in this gym. Everybody is kind and welcoming to new members.

Small gym, 1-toilet bathroom, they don’t have in-person classes, they offer recorded classes instead.

Another typical AF location that is near a major shopping center and easily accessible. The layout is well done and may be a little bigger than ones I have visited. The machines are shiny and look new. The men’s shower door feels clean but looks like an old gas station restroom. Oddly there was a decent crowd on a Friday night/early Sat morning.

I’m from another club, didn’t have key fob with me. Employees wouldn’t sign in me. Waste of time - said only managers can do it. Any club will sign me in without it. Just wanted to workout on lunch break (delivery driver) just a huge let down. They wouldn’t answer the phone so I just showed up.thumbs down!

Heather is one of the managers there & she was able to contribute & cater to my needs and wants very reliably! She was a caring & helpful person and allowed me to get what I needed to get done quickly!

I was looking for a gym to go to while on vacation and stumbled upon anytime fitness, it was great customer service, well maintained equipment, good atmosphere, would come back if I go to vacation in Florida again.overall

We loved coming here when we lived in Florida, but we eventually moved to Wisconsin because we bought our own place. My wife has been trying to cancel her membership since October and had no luck. I will be taking this into my own hands to take care of this. We should not be charged anymore. We have been in Wisconsin for about a year now. This is very disappointing. If it's going to be this difficult to stop memberships then we won't be going back to anytime fitness. It shouldn't be this hard.

Well i been doing exercises for. 15 years and 16 years ago I move here and it's been very hard to find a gym like bally that 8 was use to in NY
But this anytime fitness is the best gym I seen in the are of clermont Davenport and four coner.

Was excited to come and workout here until I met Amanda. She created a very poor first experience here. Did not want to listen and wasn’t inviting at all. Was very pushy. I won’t be back and making sure I spread the word about this location

While I miss my "big" gym back in DC this gym definitely has it perks! I love the equipment (definitely on the newer side), love that it's never packed and easy to get on any piece of equipment you want. Love how kind people are and I love my personal trainer Libia! She is amazing! Clearly she knows her stuff and with her help I've lost like 30+ lbs and I can see my muscles! I'd recommend her to anyone! And the gym. But take advantage of Libias fitness knowledge!

I do not like it we were not told that there was a contract and we are trying to get out of it but we have to pay $300 apiece which I totally lady or someone that we didn’t have the money because we spent it all or sons treatment and they still keep taking money from us so I recommend if you want to be in a contract go for it if not don’t it is ridiculous That you keep taking money from people that are trying to help their kid and get him better and we are probably going to have to switch banks now and probably will be suing specially because we were not told that there was a contract the person that did our application forgot to mention that because if we were new that we wouldn’t have got A membership went on the website it doesn’t even say contract

The facility is clean and the staff is great. I AM NOT A FITNESS GURU and my review is based on my personal experience after being a member for three months, so far. I am an out of shape overweight 50 something woman and I DO NOT FEEL JUDGED at this facility. Again, because I'm not a fitness guru I can't critique the equipment. I can say that the equipment I've used, with my trainer, fits the goals of the training and I can follow the routines when I go on my own. Some times I have to switch up my routine while waiting for a piece of equipment to become free, but not often. Also the elliptical works for me and I've never had to wait for one to be free. Yes, I decided to sign up for a trainer. I WAS NOT PRESSURED INTO THIS. Please remember this gym is still a business so of course up sells are going to be offered. My trainer, Libia, understands my goals and is focusing on getting my core strengthened so I can start focusing on other areas. My point is, no one is trying "to pump me up". Again, the facilities are clean and seem to have a lot of choices. So, if you want to work out your way, without judgement and in a clean and friendly environment, this place fits the bill. Yes, they have regular monthly fees, which I dont consider excessive, especially when I know I can go at times that fit my schedule and, now that I'm traveling again, I can go to ANY Anytime Fitness, if there is one, located anywhere I visit.

I honestly felt like I was at a hotel gym.the energy here is dead. If you are looking to do cardio then this is the place for you due to most of the gym being cardio. There’s absolutely no power lifting or anything for your lower body compared to the one in Kissimmee. This is not worth $40 at all.
