5No toilet paper in all of the 3 bathrooms yesterday and was told nothing can be done bc the gym is not staffed during the week bw Christmas and NYE and no one will be back until next week to fix it. Absolutely disgusting
Not a lot of machines or doubles of any besides the treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals. It is quiet, clean, and it gets the job done. Has a few cable systems, free weights, and unit with pull-up bars, TRX suspension trainers, heavy bag, and more. If you take it as it is, it’s not too shabby!
We have used this AF location several times as visiting members. We love that it’s never crowded and it’s always very, very clean. The equipment is in good shape. We always look forward to training here again.
The gym is small but clean, well maintained, and the equipment is up to date. I was a member for five years and never had any problems. The staff, when on site, was always courteous.
I docked my rating two stars, because I believe the process of leaving a gym should be as simple and easy as the process to join. I found another gym I wanted to join, and left a voice message with Anytime that I wanted to terminate my membership. The call was never returned. I called again several weeks later, leaving a message but not saying I planned to terminate. That message was returned on a Thursday, but I was told I had to come in to sign papers to terminate, and I could only do this when the gym was staffed which was Monday through Wednesday daytime hours. When I was finally able to make it into the gym the following week, I was told I would be charged an additional month’s fees in three weeks because I didn’t give 30 days notice. Really?
In short, the gym is fine, but communication and customer service is lacking.
I grabbed a free 1 week trial online and received a text asking when I wanted to come in and check the place out. (I believe her name was Stacey). I stopped by and was greeted at the door by a very cheerful woman who I assume was Stacey. She showed me all the amenities and within 10min I knew this was the spot for me. I just moved down to T. I.from Boston and needed a 24/hr gym.
This place has everything I need, it's clean, never crowded and the staff is A+
