If only zero stars were allowed for these reviews. Worst company ever, along with the worst employees who have no customer service what so ever. Completely unprofessional and rude. Have no care for anything, I understand their job and everything but to an extent. I don’t get how this company has so many bad reviews and bad experiences yet still in business. Had items taken from my vehicle while in their possession. Completely ridiculous and all they do is deny deny deny. Don’t even go through the proper steps to check with other employees there.

This people are very and unprofessional. They are thieves and scammers. I will be reporting to BBB as well.

My pulse was in my car when they towed it. From in front of my house because supposedly I was parked illegally, they stole my pulse with everything in it, now they are saying there was not pulse in.
I don’t know how this business still open.

I called before driving there to get my car and the lady told me what my bill was and that I needed to bring exact change. I show up with the exact change but now the bill is $50 more than she told me. I go take out more cash and come back. I have to wait over an hour to get my car after paying. They bring it out and my exhaust is mangled. The driver says “hey your exhaust is messed up, you should get that fixed” knowing fair well he did it. Then I had to pay a different tow truck company to bring the car back to my house because the exhaust now rubs against the tire. I understand mistakes happen but it is the unprofessionalism that went along with the mistakes. If I could give negative stars I would. I hope they go out of business so nobody has to be exposed to these people ever again.

I put one star because negative stars is not an option. My vehicle was wrongly repossessed by Wells Fargo (that’s another problem). It shouldn’t matter to the towing company why they have your vehicle, that is no reason to be rude and unprofessional to the customers. When I went to retrieve my vehicle, they were extremely rude as if I was inconveniencing them. I’m sure they were not happy that they could not charge me in addition to the fees already being paid by Wells Fargo.
Also, when they took my vehicle, they left 35 feet of skid marks in my driveway due to the way the drug it out on the drive wheels. If you need towing services, please use any other service but this one.

Rude and obnoxious tow truck drivers. The worst customer service. Very expensive and hard to find. It's a dump of a place.

Anyone has the address for the Fort Pierce place i havent got a single call or answer from them and theyve had my car since sunday night due to repo i paid the bank and still no contact with them even tho they have my car

This is the worst towing company, they don't answer your phone calls, the don't return your calls after voicemails have been repeatedly left, regardless if your vehicle has been paid for in order to recover it, they will still be rude and tell you they don't know where your vehicle is at. Finally when you get someone decent enough to help you and are able to locate your vehicle, brand new parts are broken on it and the globe plugs are all pulled out, then realise the tow truck driver didn't bother checking too see if the 5 speed he is picking up was left in gear, so he towed it all the way from Lake Okeechobee to US 1 by Dale's in Fort Pierce while it was still in 2nd gear no the motor and transmission to our truck is screwed and it's all because of this rude, unprofessional, slacking tow company that should have the ability to touch others possessions revoked

The worst towing company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t waste your time and just call Sisters Towing.

Payed for my car to get out of the tow lot and had to sit here for at least an hour and wait for someone to come to the window.when I addressed them about it they told me I could wait longer because I “caught an attitude” clearly does not know how to run a business. Very unprofessional & rude
