Apex Academy of Martial Arts, Riverview FL

My two boys have been going to APEX academy of Martial arts for over 2 years for classes. We were very happy went we put them in the Spring Break camp this year. There were tons of activities to keep the boys engaged. We immediately signed up both boys for summer camp and even got several of our friends to join. The energy of this place is awesome and it all comes down to the owners Master Scott Van Kleeck and his wife Tracey. They make every kid feel like family and we are all APEX strong.

I have only been at apex for a couple of months and this have been a great experience in this martial arts academy! This place is very family-like and help you learn to practice your self defense in situations you have to defend yourself. Not only that this helps you get lore confident so that is why I rate this place a 5/5!

This is a place where kids are treated as kids while learning valuable lessons for their future. My kids love coming to the classes and look forward to a variety of fun and challenging lessons. The staff is very professional, welcoming and know how to work with kids.

Apex Academy of Martial Arts is filled the kind and professional individuals. Everytime your child walk into their doors they're greeted by name and made to feel important and valued. My daughter loves her Tae Kwon Do classes and we had the opportunity to sit in on the sparring class and she is excited about being able to join that class soon. The instructors are very knowledgeable and makes sure each child gets the attention needed to succeed and progress. Very affordable and money well spent. No regrets.

APEX has become a wonderful part of my son's life. He's been here for a year now and he's learned discipline, goal-setting, and many other great things that the program infuses into it's classes. His courage and self-confidence has also grown in this last year and I know APEX has been an active part of that. The staff is very friendly, but keep it professional and respectful of both the kid and the parents. Love APEX!

Great place, my 17 year old really enjoys going to classes, instructor and employees are great.

Our grandson has been going to Apex since he was in Kindergarten and now he is in 3rd grade. He has excelled at the Tai Kwon Do training and has made it to his red belt. Apex is also his after school care, where he is picked up from Waterset School with other kids and brought back to training facility which is used not only for training but for study for the children that don't participate. During the summer camp is offered.

Master Scott and his staff truly enjoy working with the children and make sure they are having fun. They will also offer different events on a Friday night so if you prefer you can drop your kids off and have a date night or you can stay and watch.

I highly recommend Apex and can't think of another place we would rather have our grandson.

My son loves this academy. They truly care about the kids and teach them to better themselves. Looking forward to being members of this Academy for a long time.

We love Apex Academy! Master VanKleek and his staff are wonderful with the kids, teaching them discipline and martial arts, but also instilling confidence in what they do day to day. I would definitely recommend Apex Academy of Martial Arts to those that are looking for a place to call home!

We love Apex! They are CARD certified. For aftercare, they went out of their way to accommodate my son. My younger son is 5 and has a hard time following directions. He is just in the classes. The instructors are amazing and make sure they meet the needs of all students while being stern in order to incorporate the rules and safety.

My son truly enjoys training here. This is an activity he actually looks forward to. We're very pleased with this place. The atmosphere is great.
