Don and his crew were here today and completed the job in excellent manner! We have very several large live oak trees on the proerty and many of the branches hung over the roof of the house. His climber is excetional. He worked fast and was cautious as not to do any damage to the surrounding area and home. The crew cut and cleaned everything up as promised and left the property in good order. I recommend you give Apex Arbor a chance to give you an estimate if you are considering tree work of any kind.

** POOR MANAGEMENT **

I recently had work done by Don and his team. I can not believe the level of unprofessionalism I have had to deal with. First off, the job I have hired him to do has been left incomplete. He mentioned his tree stump guy would come at a later time to finish taking the stumps out. It’s been over three weeks now and it still has yet to be done. I have been back and forth with Don. Have set up several times for him to come and then the day of never shows up or answers the phone. Secondly, the team left all their drinks and water bottles in the yard, so we had to clean up after them. Thirdly, most of my plants that were planted in the soil have been ruined and trampled on. Then to top it all off, my neighbor across the street needed some trimming done as well. They began working her yard before they had completed mine. The guys did do a good job however the way they were managed is unacceptable. I do not recommend them, would not use them ever again. Save yourself the headache.

I used to work for him he's a thief he's a con artist I do not recommend anyone.using him.

Horrible Service! Don's crew left trash in back yard. They left an entire large oak tree in my front yard and never came to pick it up. Don stopped returning my calls/text. He kept telling me the job would be done by end of day then when they weren't done he would ask for partial payment. They took out my neighbor's cable line and did not say anything about it. The only reason this guy is still in business is because they go door to door looking for work and unsuspecting customers such as myself don't take the time to look at the reviews.

Don is one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met. He will take your money and not complete the job. He came to my home dumped a bunch of logs at my home thinking no one was there and tried to leave. I threatened to call the cops and then he picked everything back up. This man is evil and a fraud never do business with him.

I am a widow. People try and take advantage of me. Don from Apex is a prime example. They did some work at my house. I gave them a bad review as I was unhappy with the Don, the owner/mgr, and part of the crew. No one there is an "arborist. " I don't know about the owner, but I guarantee you won't find one in his one and only crew. Anyway, Don came to my house and practely threatened me to change my review. I did because I lived alone and felt threatened. The truth of matter is Apex is a terrible company, and Don is the ringleader.

If someone does not answer their door after the first ring, do not continue, knocking and ringing the bell. Perhaps they do not want to talk to you. Or perhaps they are trying to get their 10-month-old down to sleep after finally getting their three-year-old to sleep. And you knocking and ringing the doorbell and making the dog bark will only wake everyone up. Words cannot describe how absolutely furious I am. Thanks for leaving your card even after I told you I am not the homeowner, that way I knew where to leave my review.

Other companies just said no way, but Don and his crew completely remove some trees becoming a hazard to my roof. The job was done fast and clean. Thanks Don and crew.

Don and his crew did an excellent job trimming the trees in my yard. They were there on time and cleaned up after the job and checked in with me to ensure the job was done properly. The crew was very courteous and professional. I definitely recommend them for a quality job at a fair price.

Don and his crew were professional and easy to work with. Don and I discussed the job (sculpting a large tree and removing several small trees) and then his team confirmed what I wanted done before starting the job. His team was courteous and did an excellent job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Apex Arborcare based on the work they performed at my home. The price was fair and I will use them again

Not on time. Boss on the job was a real jerk! I don't know the other guys name but there was a guy named ecommend them. Like I said the only people who I felt
was Will and the other guy who I don't remember his name. The office manager is not any better. Overall I am unhappy.

Got a quote of $900 to cut down some tree branches hanging over our home and remove all debris. I was promised debris would be removed the next day. It's been over a week they are giving me same response that today is the day they are coming to get it removed. But as of now it's still sitting here.
Update: after 3 weeks they finally got all debris removed, not sure I would recommend this company.

I used this company as a neighbor was also getting work done at the same time. They came in and did spring tree trimming to numerous queen palms and an oak tree. They were prompt, they did an excellent job and they removed all debris from the site immediately for a fair price. Thanks Apex, I will use your services again in the future.

Don Mead is the owner and he sold the deal to me to trim multiple problem trees about which I had contacted others and who couldn’t do what Don said he could do.

On the appointment day Don came with his team and went over the game plan in detail

Don was extremely knowledgeable about the Trees, the growth, the disease process about All 5 of my different Trees!
And he trimmed my neighbors huge Oak tree and it looked like it was Totally Uplifted… Beautiful!
Don’s assistant workers were so very helpful and they All worked so hard cleaning up all the debris…. Everything they did was done meticulously.
They trimmed my Queen Palms, and trimmed my Jasmine tree that was climbing on my roof, trimmed an Oak tree removed an old and sick Magnolia tree! They took all debris with them!

Warning! Don’t work with this company! They come into your neighborhood saying they’ll give you a deal, because they’re already working with a neighbor, bid low, and will leave you hanging with huge trunks and debris. Three weeks I waited and no returned calls. Simply one text after a week of me calling and texting daily, and never again. The owner said he knew he agreed to remove the tree and debris, that I wasn’t the only one, but he didn’t have money to hire a truck. No one answers at the office number. It was such an awful experience! They don’t stand behind their contracted agreements. Customer service is nonexistent.

The Apex crew did some tree and branch removal from our house today. They were efficient, reasonably priced, and got the job done well. Absolutely pleased with the process and the work they did. Very professional!

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU HIRE! This company was hired to remove a tree and left the debris on site despite our contract indicating debris removal being included. They kept promising to pick up the debris day after day and never came through. The owner is refusing to return calls or respond to texts. Extremely unprofessional.

We contracted with Apex Arbor Care to have several trees removed, pruned and our backyard property line cleaned up. The job was massive and took 2 days. They did a great job cutting down the trees, vines and palms that we selected to be removed. The yard clean up was completed late on the second day. There were large ruts in our property from the debris pickup, but honestly to be expected with our Florida sand. Good job.
