Apex grinding failed to secure the lid to our crate properly when shipping our product back. We lost thousands of dollars in missing and damaged product. Apex grinding accepts zero liability for securing the crate lid with their short screws. They have refused refunding the small price for the work performed to cover our loss. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.
