Had my 2 vehicles detailed by Ryland, work was subpar, overcharged for work noted the overcharge, but will not return my monies, as being a senior person he has no respect for me or my hard earned monies please don't use him or his services. He is not a honest or professional person, please if you are a senior person do not use him.

Ryland did a fantastic job on my 2008 Evo X, as always he pays close attention to detail and has phenomenal pricing for the work and products used. I highly suggest any ceramic coatings or paint protection he offers it has kept my vehicle looking like it just rolled off the lot.

1. I can assure you there was no walk around. You left then I looked around the suv and saw that was not cleaned at all. The is no way you would have not noticed how the rims were completely untouched. All Apex did was show me the work they tried to do in the plastic areas of the car (which had no issues). Now after whatever they applied they all looked like grease was smudged all over them and it doesn’t go away.

2. Ever since the day my baby was born that carseat was not moved or been touched. However, the day after the detailing we noticed the carseat is unhooked. All I needed was an “ that is weird, we never touch carseats, but I guess we might have by mistake. Sorry! ”. But after I asked for the refund you never texted back.

I’ve never left a bad review and you can check my profile. I didn’t even went into detail in my original post just to show that is not me trying to hurt your business intentionally. The pictures are enough to show the work you did for me. Hope you do better for your other customers.

Customer service here is amazing! They were on time and my car looks brand new! I never thought that would happen again. I have a two year old and kids are so gross but looking at the car now- you would never know! Already scheduled for them again to come do my husbands car!

Yes you got swirls outs out. However there weren’t 30 to 40 scratches I have the text messages with the photos of the the scratches before. I also have photos of the same scratches after. They are still there, some are faded a bit which I gave you kudos for. As far as the 20$, that’s for the cars wash not the scratch removal. I had to go back and detail the inside the next day. I took a rag to the interior when I got home, and there was a very clear difference where I wiped, to the rest of the seat and arm rest. Which I also have photos of. The half of the window you cleaned I also have photos of. I chose not to reach out due to the fact that I didn’t want you doing anything else to my car. Simple as that. You had the car for 4 and a half hours. For 300$ getting swirls out wasn’t worth it in my opinion.

I got the apex polishing and sealant detail package a couple months back. Added the inside cleaning of the car also. Total of 300$. The guy said he could get most of the scratches out, (which weren’t deep at all, they were from a back pack) some did fade a bit, but not like what he said. The outside was pretty good in terms of being washed. But I can go to a car wash and get the same outcome for 280$ cheaper. The inside was may 15% done. The windshield was only cleaned on the drivers side, seats and all leather wasn’t touched. Some slippery stuff was sprayed on the weather mats which made me slip in my home. I shattered my ankle last year and this was a huge scare for me. I had to clean the mats to get the slippery stuff off. Wasn’t worth calling to tell him, as the first experience wasn’t great. Said the water would bead off for a certain amount of months. Not true. Personally I would go somewhere else. It wasn’t worth the 300$. I’ll be going somewhere else to get the small scratches out and the interior cleaned the right way.

Haven't washed my truck since the start of summer and after scheduling a detail and wash, Ryland came through and made my truck Brand new! A+ service. Support your local detailers.

Update: Unfortunately, I was involved in an incident less than an hour after my detail that resulted in some minor damage to the back of my car. Ryland swiftly returned and made the damage nearly invisible for an excellent price. That is, to me, amazing service, creating a customer for life. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

DO NOT use this company unless you want to waste your time. My son booked an appointment for me for Mother’s Day and they did not show up. They didn’t even bother to call. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else-there are literally hundreds in the area.
