Technician was on time performed service inside and outside. Very profesional and friendly.

Apex sold out! New owner will not apply dry fertilizer. That was included 2 x a year with apex. I think it will be a deal breaker for me. Had them for my Termite bond for 30 years. I will change that at the same time if they don't change policy on dry fertilizer!

Julie was amazing. She got a tech out the next day to provide service.

Great service for years! Only have to come in home on the initial visit unless there's an issue. Treats the outside quarterly and never have bugs. I now have a 2nd home and using them again for this location.

I've been having the house perimeter treatment service for a few years now. The young guy who always comes to service is very respectful.
One time I had an ants problem after the service. They came right back and treated around windows.no issues since.

We loved Apex and always received excellent service from them. They took care of both the inside and outside of our home. When I needed service in my restaurant, we called upon them again.
Imagine our surprise when we called regarding ants which had appeared in our front flower bed and they informed us our service had been cancelled. We questioned why and were told it was their inability to reach us on the phone. After @15 years as a client, on multiple fronts, this seemed rather harsh. We asked to be reinstated and the manager we spoke with informed us that would not be possible. We could sign up as "new, first time" clients and be billed at much higher prices. We tried to speak to her supervisor and our request went unanswered. We thought we were good clients. We did not expect to be treated so poorly after so many years. A true disappointment and I would not recommend them.

I called asking about treatment for small flies in our home. I said they looked like fruit flies but I didn't think they were those. The woman on the phone said then they must be drain flies and I needed to treat my drains. These absolutely did not look at all like drain flies, and I'd been treating the drains for weeks. She said there was nothing they could do about these, but they could come out and treat behind our outlets for other bugs like termites or spiders for around $200. We don't have any other bugs. I let her know I didn't think they were drain flies, either, as they weren't even really in the drains anyway. Plus, I clean my drains thoroughly multiple times a week and have since we bought the home years ago. I am meticulous about these things. So, she suggested the vinegar traps. I let her know we had large light and fan traps, as well as the vinegar traps, and they weren't doing much. Fortunately, I got a second opinion elsewhere. The other company actually diagnosed and talked me through a solution for free. These were phorids, and our fridge seal was loose, so they had settled into the small crevices around the doors. Following the new directions, the flies were gone pretty much right away. If I had stuck with Apex, we would still be dealing with that nightmare, I'm sure.

Initial inspection was very thorough. Office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rep who performs my quarterly treatments is a delightful individual. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Apex performed our semi-annual pest inspection both inside and outside our home and provided preventative treatments. Our technician, Jacob does an outstanding and thorough job in applying the treatments and even sweeps the cobwebs from around the eaves. I highly recommend Apex service
